Greg Dyke, the departing chairman of the Football Association Board and Council, has described the membership of the organisation as being old, white, male and in danger of becoming irrelevant and in urgent need of reform.
“If you look at who’s supporting, who’s playing and then you look at the FA Council – it doesn’t represent them,” he said.
Dyke has form in his anti-white attitude. Whilst Director General of the BBC, he infamously described that organisation as ‘hideously white’. He said this on the basis that 98% of management was white.
Well of course it was. One doesn’t get to be in top management of an organisation like the BBC overnight, unless one is a leftist networker with ability like Greg Dyke.
One works one’s way up, a process which is likely to take many years even for those with the necessary right-on credentials.
There simply were not enough immigrants on the ground, so to speak, who were both capable enough and interested enough to do that.
The whiteness of the corporation had nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with the fact that, though changing fast thanks to the Greg Dykes, Britain was still basically what it had been for 10,000 years since the Ice Age: the home of white people.
Thanks to the agenda of targets for non-whites set in motion by Dyke, viewers of BBC TV are treated to a plethora of black and brown faces as presenters, weather men and what have you.
This is of course left-fascist imposition. No heed is taken of what viewers actually want.
They get what their rulers like Dyke want them to get. And what they get are black people and others who, it is inevitably suspected, land those jobs because they are not white, supplanting better white candidates.
These non-white faces crop up everywhere. But what is particularly offensive is their presence in highly unlikely roles in drama, especially costume drama.
Black people have been known to complain about white ‘cultural appropriation’ when a white partakes of some aspect of black culture, such as it is, like wearing dreadlocks.
But there is no complaint, for example, when one of their kind takes on a role in a Shakespearean play or Restoration comedy.
This is cultural appropriation in spades. It is simply lying about British history and culture and is truly offensive to whites.
Dyke has had many roles in several institutions, like the Gramsci soldier he has been. His strictures on the make-up of the FA show the same anti-white bigotry he has evinced elsewhere.
He thinks that there are too many old white men at the top of football on the grounds that there are a lot of black players and the ruling body should reflect this and the population at large. Clearly he thinks the FA should have numbers of young black or ethnic females running football.
But of course, the remarks about BBC management needing years of experience and aptitude apply here also. There is though another, highly important aspect.
Note that Dyke while complaining about the whiteness of the governing body doesn’t suggest that it is wrong that there are a disproportionate number of black players, especially at the top of the game.
This is very interesting because it shows up the anti-white bigotry and Cultural Marxist assumptions at play.
The truth is that blacks are good at the sport because of their inherited characteristics.
They have a comparatively high level of testosterone, 3%-19%.
(Rushton 2000 p14) which gives an advantage when explosive spurts of energy are required. Ama et al (1986) have verified that African blacks have faster twitch muscle than do whites.
American blacks and so then likely also Africans, have less body fat, stronger and heavier bones, longer extremities and narrower hips (Noble 1978, Jordan 1969, Malina 1969, 1973, 1988).
These attributes are enough to explain attainment when jumping and speed are required.
In short, blacks in general have genetic physiological advantages over whites (and Asians) when it comes to playing football, as in some other sports.
Dyke ignores this in-your-face truth because he is a leftist and that is what leftists do. So he cannot then acknowledge that when it comes to managerial roles, whites in general have a genetic advantage over blacks. (Rushton 200, Levin 1997 Herrnstein and Murray 1994, Lynn 2006 etc etc)
Dyke will be instrumental in seeing that better qualified and experienced ‘old white men’ will be shouldered side in the running of the sport in favour of less qualified blacks, other ethnics and females.
This is one of the ways in which whites and white males in particular are oppressed by political correctness as administered by self-hating anti-white bigots like Greg Dyke.
