Saturday 8th April saw Basildon and South Essex BNP start their County Council election campaign in the Division of Pitsea.
Branch organiser, Christine Freeman, called a day of action and was joined by Eastern Region organiser Richard Perry and London organiser Mike Jones who brought a team along.
Hundreds of election addresses were delivered on the first day, and Christine was very pleased with the team’s effort.
She said ‘I would like to thank everyone for helping us. They were a credit to the party. We had a good response with the branch phone line ringing constantly’.
Christine and Branch Secretary Paul Borg are standing in the two-seat division of Pitsea and further days of action are planned.
