Boris Johnson’s Tory government is scrapping border requirements for passports for Afghan asylum seekers flooding to Britain following the catastrophic defeat of US-led forces in Afghanistan.
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace announced the decision on Monday stating that the government would break all rules and pull out all the stops – regardless of COVID-19 infections – to ensure tens of thousands of Afghani asylum seekers and their families reach Britain.
“We are processing as fast as we can, and where there are rules that we need to change, we are changing those rules,” announced the Tory Defense Secretary.
Taliban forces captured the Afghan capital of Kabul last Sunday amid the bungling of a rushed withdrawal by US forces ordered by President Joe Biden.
The fact that scores of jihadis will be among the Afghanis fleeing to Britain is a given – all clamouring for housing, public services, NHS treatment and jobseekers allowance at the expense of the British taxpayer.
Enough is enough!
Once again, the political class have spectacularly failed the British people.
