Rochford and Southend East Announces Its BNP Parliamentary Candidate
Well known Eastern Region activist Geoff Strobridge has been officially confirmed as the British National Party’s prospective parliamentary candidate for the Essex seat of Rochford and Southend East.
Mr Strobridge is a BNP super activist from Southend and is organiser of Rochford and District BNP. He is also the party’s sub-regional elections officer for Essex.
“I feel honoured to be given the opportunity of representing this great party in the general election,” Mr Strobridge said.
“I absolutely relish the battle to come. I feel I am still fighting for my country albeit in civilian clothes this time,” he said, referring to his earlier military career.
“It is my intention to bring a professional, intelligent and ruthless campaign to bear on my political opponents. I expect the usual media lies and smears, and would be disappointed if that were not the case. In fact, I will gauge my success by their hysterical responses,” Mr Strobridge said.
He made an appeal for people to come forward to help save Britain. “I want to lead by example in the coming elections and I am not asking anybody to do anything I wouldn’t do to win my country back,” he said.
