It was minus 4 on Saturday but that didn’t deter the dedicated activists of Cumbria British National Party from setting up the now traditional party information stall in Carlisle city centre.
The activity was organised by North West youth leader Natasha Elliman, Carlisle BNP’s Mike Elliot, and supported by activists from Allerdale, Barrow and Copeland BNP groups.
The team distributed over 2,000 specially designed Christmas leaflets and over 200 Voice of Freedom newspapers in a four hour period then retired to a local pub for an excellent meal.
With last week’s Copeland meeting raising another £300 towards the general election and Carlisle BNP meeting on Monday, Cumbria BNP are working right up to Christmas.
