Whitler, presumably, the "hard choices" quoted means "hard cheese" for the taxpayer. However,
the "dire state of public finances" is not accountable to the taxpayet, is it? Sounds like
they're trying to "pass the buck".

Well I do hope all those die hard Tories, who think it’s all going to be honky dory once Labour have gone are taking note. I read the BBC HYS site sometimes, and am amazed by the number of cons. who seem to think once they are in power, our debt burden will somehow be miraculously reduced and without it affecting them. Hopefully they will come to their senses and realise that be it Labour or Cons. nothing
will change; they will be the ones on the end of all the hard choices. Only a complete change of government policy, direction and implementation will get this island back on it‘s feet. And whether they like it or not it’s only the BNP that will do it.

Hopefully we will. The political elite seem to think it is only immigration and the EU that concerns people. It isn't. Many of them are just sick and tired of years and years of one incompetant government after another. I joined because I am one of them and can see this island slowly but surely collapsing in upon itself. You can run on empty for so long.and that is what we are doing. So many things do not work properly, our assets are being sold from under us, We give billions in aid to governments able to afford modern weapony and who often pocket it themselves. It's a long list. Successive governments seem interested only in staying in power and lecturing, harrying and spying on people.

Well, this is hardly surprising, is it?

The Tories despise the average working man just as much as Labour do (unless, of course, you belong to a minority group, in which case they will pander to your whims in the hope that the whole of the group will vote for them).

I, for one, have had enough of their crap. I have been voting BNP at every given opportunity, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Some people honestly think there is a better Britain coming after they vote tory? Honestly how thick can you get? Let me assure those people that Cameron and his cohorts are even bigger crooks than Labour (and you thought you couldn't get any worse than labour right?)

I also am convinced that these polls showing tories on say 38% then labour on 36% etc are a pure fix. It makes people think that is who everyone is voting for so they only pick one of the main parties. It's called the sheep mentality and we fall for it time and again.

People call the BNP evil but they have not:

Destroyed this nation
Betrayed our ancestors
Ethnically cleansed the native people
Flushed our industries down the toilet
Positively discriminate against its own people
Killed millions of Iraqs, Afghans in illegal invasions

Now a party that has the damn nerve to question immigration, ohh evil evil but no, I would rather vote for the party that done the above, they seem just not as extreme!

Nobody disputes that we are living longer, but many who do are not in 100% good health and need help to keep going. The fact of our not being as strong at 65 as 45 has been raised and I think it will come much more to the fore in the coming years. No mention as yet of how individuals in this bracket and whose work is physical will be treated. Nor, if they are expected to get on with it, how much harder it will be on their colleagues who will have to do more. So many ramifications which, as usual, have not been thought through. Already one can see yet another disaster waiting to happen.

Heres a simple solution …. cut the MP's and the golden public sector pensions for a start because that is where the most can be saved! That reduces the debt not for one year for all future years and starts too add up.

Think how much could be saved over the next 20 years and it doesn't stop there. If their pensions are considered too meagre too live on then think of what other pensioners are enduring. Cold and hunger comes too mind and means tested for being in that position too.

A City of London bank insider told me that governments themselves are the major driving force behind the obscene bonuses paid to bankers. In the UK, 40% of every multi-million dollar banker bonus goes straight into the government's coffers as income tax. When the bankers spend their ill gotten gains, the government profits again through VAT, stamp duty, etc. In effect, banksters and governments are working together to fleece taxpayers and productive enterprises. The Tories will continue the scam.
Today I saw Cameron described as a "centre-leftist with a background in PR and no discernable backbone or principles." A Tory vote is a wasted vote.

I was always under the impression that this bail out was a loan. To be paid back at a later date as and when they could. Obviously not so .another lie. But unlike America the buck or in our case the pound stops with the tax payer.
Not with gormless Gordon. The rich avoid tax the poor pay little so the Bill will always be for us to pick up . Just as I stated 18 months ago.
