The South East region of the British National Party plans to fight up to twenty seats at the forthcoming general elections, reports regional organiser Andy McBride.
Addressing the latest regional council meeting, Mr McBride said that the party would be “starting early and placing a huge emphasis on fundraising which will enable us to fight as many seats as possible.”
BNP Projects Coordinator Cllr Paul Golding presented the meeting with the first of a planned series of fundraising workshops to be rolled out nationwide. Cllr Golding explained the importance of fundraising and worked out a detailed local and regional fundraising timetable.
“This plan should enable the South East region to finance its own campaign with no help from head office,” he told the meeting.
