Can I make a few suggestions (but I've only been a member for about two years!)

[1] BNP policy (and I believe contrary to mythology the National Front) always had a policy of standing in elections. This is in contrast to 'left' parties (in fact, not socialist, but USSR type) which professed to believe in revolution. And many 'right' wing white parties have despaired of the system, notably in the USA. Presumably, the APP (Australian Protectionist Party – protectionist.net) is going along the electoral road.
[2] You will probably need the Aussie equivalent of leafletting. In our relatively tiny country, this is relatively easy; I can't speak for Aussie though – there must be huge far-flung suburbs. But anyway – you'll have to get the message out.
[3] You'll need to decide policy! This may be off-the-wall, but in view of the size of Aussie is it possible you could have online conferences? Just a thought. I've never spoken to more than about two people at a time, and have no idea how viable such a system is.
[4] You'll need some sort of intelligence department – if you can get people from academia and government who are willing to provide information and figures (possibly anonymously) I'd imagine that would be a help – the analogy here would be e.g. Migration Watch, which is not BNP, but appears to be honest and accurate in its assessements of the impacts of immigration.
[5] You'll need to take a party view on all the various bullsh*t that the opponents will throw at you. In the UK, our first BNP candidate for MP had posters put up by the enemy showing victims of allied bomb damage in Germany, for reasons best known to their handlers. Voters are swayed by all sorts of irreleventsia, and you'll have to take account of that.
[6] You may be faced by persistent violence such as has happened here since about the 1930s. It is funded here by both old parties and unions, and also the 'intelligence' services and universities. I suspect you'll need legal advice and legal action to try to counter this.
[7] Judging by the BNP, it's best to have a standard pattern for local groups – regional organiser to arrange speeches, meetings, leafletting, decisions about candidates, decisions as to where to stand, etc. And local groups (with a fundholder, I think for legal reasons here in the UK). It's analogous to other national groups and clubs, for example 'Mensa'.
[8] Again judging by the BNP, there will be leadership issues … and disruption I think usually from people focussing on just one or two details, which may be rather unimportant. I'm not sure I have any very useful advice, apart from trying to talk things through in depth, and trying to keep peoples' eyes on the ball, and relying on a mixture of charisma, energy, experience and knowledge (plus votes) as determining leader(s).
[9] I would suggest you contact Pauline Hanson – she (as far as I know) invented a new party and was elected – not many people can do that. And she should certainly be able to tell you a thing or two about infiltration and dirty tricks.
[10] You'll need fundraising schemes.
