Exeter BNP Grows to Branch Status

November 13, 2009 - By BNP News

exeter-flag-groupSupport for the British National Party in Devon has grown by such an extent that the Exeter group has just been upgraded to branch status, reports organiser Mike Turner.

“Our latest meeting held this week saw a record attendance with a large number of new members from surrounding areas attending,” said Mr Turner.

“At the meeting, the newly formed management team were introduced. They are Mr Frank Davies, Ms Ann Conway, Mr Cliff Jones and myself,” Mr Turner said.

exeter-groupmeetingMr Davies addressed the meeting on the topic of the European Union and addressed many of the dangers this organisation posed to Britain.

A question and answer session was held after the interval and the collection raised £147.50 for the newly promoted branch.

“Two members from Cullompton were present and they took away 1,000 leaflets while another new member from Pinhoe also took away leaflets,” Mr Turner said.

“From here it is upwards and onwards for Exeter BNP.”
