That measly million was just to gain votes, that amount is nowhere enough to help these people out and he knows that, pur country is crumbling and in need of restoration, Brown must think we have limited intellegence or none at all. We can weigh up the pros and cons, it just goes to show how much the lot of them think of the British, 'Wave a carrot in front and we will all follow' Naaay…Hee Haw.
I live in Carlisle and saw the sheer devastation in the last flood there, the destitute and despair it caused to the whole of the city, it left the people with nothing but with their determination and a lot of hard work, that's still going on today to rebuild. I then experienced it again a few months later whilst visiting my daughter in Barnsley when the village she lives in had floods there, the fear and panic it causes throughout is sheer hell. My daughter lost everything too and it is a painful episode and very frightening. When I saw Brown on tv turning up at Workington well…what can you say…I hope they saw through his veil of deceipt, we all know he was out shopping…for votes.

Go ahead,vote lib/lab/con/eu. get your £1million and im sure they will be delighted to transport a few thousand non eu workers to rebuild your houses and shops.
Or
Vote BNP and recieve £750million and give the unemployed from the local areas work and training as much as possible.

As soon as I heard the miserly £1 million offered by that Scots git, I said to Mrs E.P. `what an insult.'

I now learn from BBC news tonight that repair costs will exceed £100 million!

How do these newsreaders feed us this garbage with a straight face and without any negative comment?

Yet another example of the 'Double Standards' thinking on the part of our Labour Government! I suggest the BNP should point this out in the Local/General Election Campaign literature so the people of Cumbria are reminded. Absolutely despicable. I really feel for people of Cumbria who will have been insulted by the miserly £1 million handout!

I really hope they are tried for Treason come the time when the BNP are in power, how I long for that day!!!

A real doozey of a suggestion. In the runup to the 2009 Local & MEP elections I had and drove theTruth Truck for two days, accompanied by two other nationalist. Had a ball driving through the Fens throughout most of East Anglia … when we got gridlocked in a massive traffic jam during the evening rush hour in Wisbech dozens of drivers got out of their stationary cars to wave and cheer us, shouting they were voting BNP. Then we drove on and into and through Peterboroughstan, where an ambulance tried side-swiping the Truth Truck, and on the way out of that hell-hole a car with some asians in, got in front of the TT and stopped us. The driver got out and started approaching the TT but soon jumped back in his car and pissed-off when one of my crew took his camera and started clicking away … cont …

Typical Labour, whats a million going to do for Cumbria after all that has happened, you wont even get half a Bridge for that! Oh but its all too easy to give £293 million of other peoples money to foreign governments in the guise of aid in the very same week!
Well we can all see where Labours priorities lie now, many people will remember that on voting day next year, I certainly will and I hope the people of Cumbria will too. The British people must always come first!
