Israel is seeking to protect it's own; now India. Breadwinners do the same for their families. It is a inherent human feeling. It takes no account of colour or origin; it just is. Our societies are the end result of countless years of evolution. You cannot change that with a silly short term social engineering programme. If you try all you do is make people cling ever stronger to what they know, look less favourably on those outside their group, withdraw any goodwill they may have had and harden their attitudes. It is a recipe for disaster and goes beyond politics.

This is an example of common sense but if we did it here it would be called racist.
Of course, if there are not enough jobs to go around for your own people then you shouldn't be accepting foreign labour into the coutry. No one knows this better than us long-suffering Brits! Instead of sending people home in a time of economic crisis, more and more flood in and we are at a real disadvantage for some jobs thanks to these positive discrimination schemes that are supported by this government.
As for those turfed out of India, look out for them at a job centre near you soon

The "British Jobs for British Workers" type ethic being applied to all other countries except the UK.

Of course this does not count here – to stand up and fight for our own workers would break so many unwritten rules of our unpatriotic trash government. This is because they have a huge chip on their collective shoulder and will feel sorry for and side with anyone else except the people that they have been charged with looking after to right the "crimes" that we have committed against everyone else in the world!

What's good for the goose is good for the gander, we should do the same, they can have all the rubbish we keep for free via the taxpayers. Trouble is I forgot we have no one with guts in government to do it and no one in the sidelines either. What will the British workers feel about this when they read it, there again will they report it here? The world is changing.

Question: anyone in IT (like me) ever, ever seen a foreign worker do better than a Brit? I can honestly say No to that question. But they are cheap and that, of course, is all that matters.

I am fed up with cleaning-up after the catastrophic messes that (apologies for tech-speak) developers who have done a 3-week Microsoft Certified Professional "boot camp" course have made, because they do not understand that database product "A" is not the same as database product "B".

Too many British businesses hire from the Asian countries, on the pretext of their being Great at Their Job, when, in fact, they are simply cheap and work hours that would have the unions all over the employer, should the same hours be foisted onto the indigenous British worker.

This hiring from abroad on the basis of a lie is rife – particularly in IT, and I hope that the BNP smashes this murdering of British jobs when (not if, when) it is in power… even at Local Government level.

I am very upset at India, how do they exspect BROWN and co to get them into BRITAIN within 24 hours they India could at least give lie-labour 48 hours because they would have to chuck them so called BRITISH out and make shore that we can pay them with our money. When these people get chucked out in other countries its our job to take these people in and give these people the same human rights. Remember we help pay for this. Remember in INDIA they have indians? in BRITAIN we have no such thing ask Straw and lie-labour.
