I have to admit, my knowledge of the EDL is minimal, so I am not qualified to say if they are an agente provocateur to the British Nationalist cause. What I will say though, is, it is essential we draw dissolusioned, if misguided young men, over to our camp, rather than see them waste their time on small organisations such as the EDL ( even if they are genuine ).
The days of mass demonstrations and marches had it's day in the old National Front days, but times have changed and we have moved on.. We are all singing from the same hymnsheet, and our fears are the same – an erosion, then extermination of the white indigenous race of these islands. We are the only alternative, and even if some of views held by these young men, go against party policy, we can try and educate them into channeling their energies into something more constructive ie – canvassing, setting up stalls or speaking at BNP meetings,

I notice that all afternoon, Sky have been neatly splicing pictures of the latest protest in Birmingham (showing white guys misbehaving, naturally – no comment on why at least one asian youth in the pictures has his face covered) and the story of Nick or Andrew possibly going on to Question Time.

They obviously don't do subtlety!.

Well that is a major problem. The political ignorance of the general public is often shattering. Most of our European competitors are much more political. Greece for instance apart from being 97% ethnically Greek is hugely politically aware. They love, hate, and condemn their politicians, we here in UK dont have the interest or gumption to get out onto the streets and demand the resignation of the most destructive government since the last war. Political awareness and motivation will only come when our great country is in a much worse condition than today, when THEY are burning cars, looting shops, threatening our lives, and some future administration has imposed a curfew for the white mans safety.

Apparently, the English Defence League and Asians in Birmingham have been at each others throats again tonight.

Don't know which of the two groups was to blame but it was NOT the BNP. We were NOT THERE so don't try to blame US again.

HALAL BAN!! (written in arabic/urdu "backwards" on the shops fronts of many muslim shopkeepers and cheap food take aways)

Wake up everyone..all "halal" muslim products sold in this country, and indeed the world,
carrys a donation component of up to 25% to a charity..and the charity in the muslim world
is their fighters..i.e. terrorists. We are all buying halal products everyday and contributing to
the funding of their activities. We should boycott all halal muslim products and this would
have an immediate effect on some of their activities. Lets hit where it really wil hurt ecomically.

PS..80% of curry houses or "indian" restaurants in this country are run by muslims servin halal
products..boycott them all. Ask before you buy and if you are hold that halal products are being
sold..walk out and don't give them your business.

What a great post you`ve written GodsaveAlbion, it`s genuine sense of the true meaning of patriotism and of our Party, brought a tear to my eye – if only our fellow countrymen on this wonderful island of ours could see through the daily media lies and slander that`s thrown our way – are we evil racists or nazis or facists, just because we are a lone voice in the dark who happen to object to our homeland being invaded and colonised in overwhelming numbers by completely (to us) alien cultures from all corners of the planet, thrust on us, without a bye-or-leave.

NO, we are not evil "racists" "nazis" or "facists", just VERY concerned ordinary British people – If I ever thought or believed that the British National Party, my Party, were these things – I, for one, would be off like a shot.

This is the correct decision – however I also think that a record needs keeping of media outlets who have knowingly lied about BNP involvement for political reasons – these gimps think they're untouchable now but could be prosecuted in the future.

When I was a young chap, most people remembered the war vividly (I had a teacher who had been a POW), but the more I researched the causes, I was puzzled at the number of people who said: "We were fighting for our freedom".
This might have been true well into the war, but, remembering that Britain declared war on Germany and not the other way round, this was not the reason we went to war at all. Ask many people nowadays why war was declared, and they'll probably say: "Because Germany was going to invade us".
Strange how the public can be misled into believing say, that the invasion of Iraq was because they threatened to fire WMDs at us…..then it sort of morphed into 'regime change'…..isn't it?

Well done Donna. One of the TV news presenters recently also said that one of the EDL organisers was alleged to be a BNP member/connected to the BNP – which I understand is untrue anyway! Just by mentioning that he associates us with them – which is of course what they want. I bet they mention it every time now that the EDL pulls a stunt – particularly as we near the next election.

i saw the images of the edl in Birmingham,two white lads getting the crap kicked out of them by asains and blacks and not a word of racism was mentioned about of it.do these lads not realise that if that was on the other foot they would be hunted down like rats and put before the courts.

Any party that wishes to get into main stream politics knows that the behaviour of the UAF, or the EDL, is not what is expected; surely they have the intelligence to realise they have to display, respectful, intellegent and nonabusive behaviour in the public arena. These two organisations however show just the opposite, they were like a gang of thugs, loud mouthed and aggressive, all that the British public hate to see and hear. We now know how we have to behave when speaking to the public, if they disagree respect that decision with good grace. The party is right to lay down guidelines on these organisations and rules to accessing them, I welcome it. We all know how devious the political scene is so we have enough to be on guard for without adding to our problems. Leave the rubbish well alone let them destroy themselves they don't need us to help with it they are doing fine alone.

"The EDL has, in fact gone out of its way to distance itself from the BNP……" I think we are right to be concerned about the EDL, by them saying on their placards that they "are not BNP" are still making a crude attempt to still associate themselves with us, it's reverse psychology, even though the word "not" is used people are still left with the association in their mind with EDL and BNP, we should ask them to stop using our name on their material, whichever way it is worded.

Now is the time for the Party leadership to publicly state that they will discipline any Member who brings or attempts to bring the Party into disrepute. If we are going to have to accept membership applications from possible low life infiltrators, then such covert action would be sufficient to get the member expelled for life. The genuine membership would be behind such decisions I am sure.

The next big hurdle is get ready for the next general election. Brown beware. Vote and encourage friends to join the Party and vote BNP.
