Some advice for the BNP: These 'blacks only' associations appear to be making good use of the technicality provided by using the term "full membership", thus indicating that anyone can apply but only blacks can attain "full" membership. Seemingly, this makes them OK with the Commission for Equality and Human Rights. Why not try the same thing?

"Full membership available to all people with predominantly British ancestry".

Has anyone formally challenged the Commission for Equality and Human Rights concerning the black police associations whose membership criteria openly discriminates based on colour because it is time to do so!

Here is the weakness to the `multi-culti` mentality.
They think by cross breeding everybody then we`ll all be the same and we will live in world without conflict.
These people think that whites are to blame for all the world`s ills, and the sooner we are bred or removed from existence, they`ll all be happy.
What`s wrong with this argument is that even if we were all black muslims with asiastic features, there will still be differences and of course, there will still be conflict.
It`s in the nature of the species – humanity.
Examples could be, taller and shorter people, people that are generally more `fairer` in skin tone than others, and of course rival religious sects (as seen in Iraq) where different adherents kill each other over their supposed love of God.
A safer world is that where differences in races are appreciated, and we all live in our unique climates and cultures – thus preserving our own identities.
That`s hardly "racist", it`s a practicality of survival.

I am completely againt having any ethnics in our party, and think we should stick to our core principles or the fundemental reason for having our party will not exsist. Even with associated membership there aims are not compatable with ours or supportive of ours.

They want to destroy our culture our way of life even us as a people. to allow them in at all would destroy or metamorphosize us till it will not be ours. I of course dont know the legal implications, if we could get around it but personally I dont want to get around it. I think it should be a big fat NO WAY.

Moreover if we said no and they banned us it may lead to mass rallies, marches, arrests or even violence,because we would not just sit back and take it.

If we allow ethnics in they will want to come to meetings, RWB, become candidates, take over,demand this and that like they do with everything, im afraid it just wont work

I say No and fight for our rights.

It is a pity we must spend some of our limited financial resources countering this, but on the other hand the publicity is worth a fortune. Curiosity will send more to our site which is our main means of
getting the message to the people. All those possible millions of hard working souls who didn't know about all these ethnic associations now do so. They also know they can't join them because they are the wrong colour or ethnic group. Get past the initial irritation and see this as a great opportunity. What's the betting we will soon start seeing the CEHR try to backpedal as they realise they have done themselves far more harm than they have the BNP.

When I started my working life in the early 60's it was commonplace to see relgion on an application form. Many objected seeing it as a purely private matter that had nothing with your employer. Also some companies were thought to favour catholics over protestants or vice versa and that was viewed as wrong. Now it would seem it is right. Could you have hit that nail firmly on the head?

The infiltration using human rights laws is vast, and until this is stopped it won't end. The laws are clearly designed to be used against whites and British citizens, it is a direct attack on not just our culture but our race as a whole.

shaunantijihad, I'm not sure what point you're making. But you may be saying that if the BNP is legally decided to be acceptable, then so will be tens of thousands of Asian, black, mixed race, Chinese, Jewish, Turkish, Somali, Guyanese etc etc groups. But, first, the BNP is ethnic – it's English, Welsh, Scottish, Irish. It's not specifically race-related any more than red Indians or Tibetans or Danes are, despite the fact that race comes into it – as until recently almost everybody on earth was of some identifiable race. Many of these groups are therefore not established on the same basis. Secondly, however, there is another issue, which is that there was no democratic consultation on immigration. There is therefore no reason to necessarily concede equality, any more than there is for stowaways or fraudulent asylum seekers. After all, this is Britain and unless other countries concede reciprocal rights there's no obvious reason to accept their demands.

I've put up several messages (they seem not to have been accepted) asking if there are any experts in this field – lawyers, or possibly people who've studied international law, such as it is – willing to do pro bono publico work for the BNP. This of course is difficult, as people like Cherie Blair set up special chambers specifically to target the business opportunity of immigration. And in any case the British National Party does have access to high quality legal advice. But I can't help wondering if there are other people who can think straight on these issues and help. The stakes are huge – more important than fees.
