* We will be explaining in detail what we mean by whites and non-whites in due course. But in the simplest possible terms, skin colour is an obsession of the liberal elite in tax payer-funded institutions such as CEHR & the BBC. Whilst for convenience we do from time to time use their definition “white”, the real issue is not skin colour but ethnicity and the rights – or lack of them – of the indigenous British in general and English in particular.

Lawbreaking scroungers will be rewarded with cash grants of up to £4,000 each for failing to settle in Britain.

In terms of the latest mad plan from the Home Office, failed ‘asylum seekers’ already living in Britain will be given “resettlement grants” if they agree to go home.

The value of the support packages can be as much as £4,000 per person. The grants include money for housing, childcare, school fees for any children and even help setting up a business.

The mad rationale for the scheme is, according to Home Office spokesmen, that it is cheaper than the estimated cost of forcibly removing a bogus asylum seeker which can be as much as £11,000.

Of course, the real saving would be to implement policies which prevent Britain from being a destination for the illegal scroungers in the first place.

This could easily be achieved by declaring Britain a non-immigration country (like China, India and Pakistan already are) and halting the outrageous guaranteed benefits system to foreign scroungers — in other words, British National Party policy.

It also needs to be emphasised that international conventions make it clear that even genuine asylum seekers only have the right to refuge in the first safe country bordering the nation they are fleeing.

There are, therefore, no legal asylum seekers in Britain. All have crossed dozens of safe countries to get here, and none deserve any compensation for breaking international laws to do so.

If anything, the latest Government scheme will only encourage a renewed flood of scroungers, who will now be safe in the knowledge that even if they are caught, they will be sent home with a bundle of cash for their efforts, courtesy of the British taxpayer.

There is also no limit on how many times they can perform this con-game, and it is likely that many swindlers are making a good living out of presenting themselves at British border posts, only to be sent back with cash in hand.

According to figures recently released, this cash-for-crime reward scheme has already cost the British taxpayer more than £30 million.

Recorded examples of what has been done with this system are mind-boggling:

- A 35-year-old Iranian was given money to open an ostrich farm;

- An Albanian was given cash to open a vineyard; and

- A Zimbabwean was paid hundreds of pounds to open a beauty salon.

Meanwhile, British people suffer deprivation and unemployment at record levels.

The National Health Service is the worst health service in Europe and “follows every known rule that guarantees failure in the business world,” according to a new report from independent think tank Civitas.

NHS organisations are keeping the “Ten Commandments of Business Failure”, first drawn up by Donald R. Keough, the former Chairman and CEO of the Coca-Cola Company, that “so consistently lead to failure they should be written in stone.”

In the new report, “Putting Patients Last: How the NHS keeps the ten commandments of business failure”, Peter Davies and James Gubb argue that the NHS has been treated as a business, or series of businesses, by successive waves of government reform, with patients as the ‘customers’ whose needs are to be paramount, according to a press release issued by Civitas.

“There is much to be said for importing the disciplines of the private sector into public sector enterprises, but Gubb and Davies argue that it has all backfired owing to a deep-seated reluctance by Whitehall to let go of control. The ‘customer’ of NHS ‘businesses’ is not, in fact, the patient, but the minister.

“NHS organisations remain ‘isolated and risk-averse’, consumed with internal processes, bureaucracy, and conforming to the latest government initiative; rather than focusing squarely on the end-goal of providing high quality care to the patient,” says the report.

“‘Blind faith in structure, process and satisfying government has made businesses immune to what is happening on the ground, where the world of people, cultures and emotion make the real difference. More of the same command-and-control attitude will not pull the NHS through the recession.”

According to Civitas, the NHS is governed by the following guidelines:

“1. Stop taking risks. A 2006 study of change capability by the Office of Government Commerce gave the NHS a score of just two out of five points for seven of the nine categories assessed.

“2. Be inflexible. Businesses are hamstrung by state control over factors of production: staff pay is set centrally; capital expenditure is constrained by the DH; the National Programme for IT is a top-down programme; and NICE increasingly decides what treatment can be offered. Local initiative is crowded out.

“3. Isolate yourself. Health care is conducted in silos, with patients too often left in limbo — particularly between primary and secondary care. Emergency hospital admissions for chronic and acute conditions usually managed in primary care have rocketed in recent years, from 371.57 admissions per 100,000 patients in 2002/03 for acute conditions to 423.40 in 2006/07.

“4. Assume infallibility. Politicians constantly refer to the NHS as ‘the envy of the world’, but the outcomes it engineers are worse than other universal health systems in Europe. On the latest figures, the UK ranked 16th out of 19 industrialised nations in terms of amenable mortality; and 13th out of 30 European countries in terms of patient satisfaction.

“5. Play the game close to the foul line. Targets have ruled the roost, pushing organisations to the edge, often to the neglect of patient care. The four-hour A&E target has led to patients being moved to clinical decision units; waiting in ambulances; unnecessary admissions; premature discharge and the miscoding of data.

“6. Don’t take time to think. The past ten years has seen a plethora of incoherent initiatives and policy reviews, decreasing the ability of senior managers to display leadership, think and positively affect the delivery of services; and left governance confused and void of focus.

“7. Put faith in (external) consultants. NHS organisations now spend £350m on external consultants per year, but their effectiveness is unproven. Of the nine NHS trusts in receipt of management consultant-led turnaround teams in 2005/06, three remained blacklisted as ‘financially challenged’ in 2007/08.

“8. Love bureaucracy. The NHS Confederation estimates that 69 bodies currently regulate, inspect and demand information from NHS organisations, many asking similar questions. In secondary care organisations, only 58 percent of this is considered useful for any internal purpose.

“9. Send mixed messages. Only 69 percent of the 290,000 NHS staff surveyed by the Healthcare Commission in 2008 said they had clear objectives and just 39 percent felt that they worked in well structured teams.

“10. Be afraid of the future. Fear that the NHS budget will not stretch to meet demand has led to initiative after initiative that has left clinicians feeling mistrusted and powerless. And as a result [they] lose passion for work. In 2008, just 52 percent of NHS staff said they would recommend their trust as a place to work. Unmotivated staff lead to unhappy patients.”

The report concludes by saying that the NHS needs to go back to its core business of serving patients, not the state and its bureaucracy.

According to report authors Peter Davies and James Gubb: “It is time for NHS organisations to start backing people rather than processes. It is time for the government to stop over-estimating the importance of legislation, crude measurement and regulation as markers of success and put faith in [the] power of frontline organisations to drive quality … The autonomy associated with a more business-like framework means nothing if all it is used for is finding more innovative ways of meeting central targets.”

Not content with ensuring that private sector jobs are handed to foreigners, the treasonous Labour Government has now started outsourcing British civil service jobs as well.

Taking the Conservative Party policy of privatisation and betrayal to its logical conclusion, the Government has announced that at least 500 civil service jobs with the British Council will be sent to India for ‘cost cutting’ purposes.

The British Council — an organisation most British people probably would not have heard of, focussed as it is on work overseas — is also planning to get rid of British workers and recruit Indian workers to fill finance and IT posts.

According to its website, the British Council is “the UK’s international organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations. As well as education, we run programmes in the arts, science, sport, governance and English language.”

In other words, the job of the British Council is to promote British culture and language abroad.

Part of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the British Council has announced that 500 of its 1,300 British workers would have to go in the next 18 months to save £45 million.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, which funds the British Council, is reported to be exploring similar outsourcing deals in order to cut costs as well. This means that other civil service jobs across large swathes of Whitehall, mainly in the administrative sector, would be given to India or other countries.

More than a fifth of the posts being filled by overseas workers are to be outsourced to India and the British Council plans to bring in Indian recruits to ’shadow’ finance staff in Manchester.

The plans coincide with the Treasury’s review of quangos, which cost the taxpayer £64 billion a year.

Apart from the general disgrace of the matter, the move shows once again that Gordon Brown has been a bare-faced liar with his ‘British jobs for British workers’ pronouncement.

There is also no moral justification to outsource jobs which are financed by the British taxpayer to anyone other than British citizens. Finally, observers point out, the mania of privatising and outsourcing all of Britain’s national assets was initiated originally by the Tories.

Truly the Labour and Tory parties are one and the same thing.

Around 250 people gave a tumultuous welcome to British National Party leader Nick Griffin MEP last night in Leigh in his first appearance in the North West town after winning a seat in the European parliament, reports meeting chairman Charles Mather.

Mr Griffin regaled the audience with his experiences in Brussels, which included petty harassment by extremist leftist officials who welcome others with terrorist associations with open arms.

“In a way it is to our credit as the people on the Euro gravy train must fear us far more than murderous terrorist organisations, so we must be doing something right,” Mr Griffin said.

Mr Griffin’s speech was rounded off by a question and answer session which covered almost every topic one could think of, including the upcoming Red, White and Blue Family Festival and the banning of caravans by the local authority.

Mr Griffin stressed the need for a special effort for as many people as possible to attend this year’s RWB to prove that the banning of caravans on site would not deflect attendance.

“A donor has promised £1,000 to pay out compensation to anyone who has had to pay to use an alternative camping site,” Mr Mather said. “Individual caravan owners will be able to claim £20 off the cost of the fee of entering the RWB site if they produce proof of caravan parking fees,” he said, adding that full details would be made available shortly.

Mr Mather said that a large number of people attending the meeting had only come out of interest and had never attended any sort of BNP meeting before.

“They were all impressed to a man and I have already been contacted by several who have said they now understand why so many people had voted BNP in the last elections,” Mr Mather said.

Including the raffle, £415 was raised.

How long will Judge Ian Trigger keep his job? This is the question being asked in legal circles after the Liverpool Crown Court judge dared to tell the truth about the great immigration swindle.

Sentencing a Jamaican drug dealer to two years imprisonment, the senior judge declared that hundreds of thousands of migrants poured into Britain merely for the benefit system handouts and this had helped to double the national debt.

Judge Trigger made the remarks while addressing Rastafarian Lucien McClearley, who had claimed asylum in Britain.

“Your case illustrates all too clearly the completely lax immigration policy that exists and has existed over recent years,” Judge Trigger said.

“People like you, and there are literally hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people like you, come to these shores to avail themselves of the generous welfare benefits that exist here.

“In the past ten years the national debt of this country has risen to extraordinary heights, largely because central Government has wasted billions of pounds. Much of that has been wasted on welfare payments.

“For every £1 that the decent citizen, who is hard-working, pays in taxes, nearly ten percent goes on servicing that national debt. That is twice the amount it was in 1997 when this Government came to power.”

The accused arrived legally in Britain in November 2001 on a visitor’s

visa. He was arrested in October 2002 after it ran out but claimed asylum and was released while this was being processed.

He then “disappeared from the radar of the authorities” the court heard. His application was rejected in 2004 but he was only arrested this February after police stopped a car he was driving and noticed it smelled of cannabis.

A search of his house in Everton uncovered cannabis worth £7,200, a gram of cocaine and a fake passport.

Judge Trigger, who is also a part-time immigration judge, told him that the “fact that it took nearly two years to process your claim shows how desperate the situation in this country has become.”

Hot on the heels of the news that Gypsy Romas are given priority over all others at National Health Service Clinics comes the shocking revelation that the Government has also handed out ‘free’ computers and internet access to Gypsy Roma children.

The official programme — kept quiet until now — has seen the taxpayer cough up at least £600,000 to provide laptops and 3G internet modems via the ‘Electronic Learning and Mobility Programme’(E-LAMP).

Ordinary school children are not provided with these special privileges no matter what their personal circumstances.

Last week it was revealed that Gypsy Roma children are also given priority admission to popular state schools.

According to schools minister Jim Knight, the free computers programme is set to cost the taxpayers £600,000 for a two year period starting September 2008.

The computers and wireless internet access are estimated to be worth up to £750 per pupil. Some Gypsy Roma children are also being handed printers and digital cameras under the scheme, although the reason for this handout remains obscure.

According to Mr Knight, 1,317 pupils from Gypsy Roma families have been given laptops and internet access in an attempt to “keep them in school.”

According to the Government, the E-LAMP programme is designed to provide continuity to children who regularly change schools and who are on the move for large parts of the year.

According to a report produced by the National Association of Teachers of Travellers (NATT), the laptops are actually being used by adults to “book holidays, shop and sell goods online.”

* Britain’s membership of the European Union has significantly increased the Gypsy population. According to reports last year, Britain was heavily invaded by Bulgarian gypsies.

A Gypsy Roma leader in Bulgaria, Tsvetelin Kanchev, was quoted in the media as saying that a new law in Bulgaria which forced the unemployed to find a job within 18 months or lose state handouts caused thousands of Gypsies to leave the country.

Mr Kanchev, leader of the gypsy political party Evroroma, told a daily newspaper that Britain was widely regarded as a soft touch.

“Everyone has heard how the UK is the best country in Europe for work and opportunity.

“Many will head to the UK as they know that living is good there; others will head for Germany as they have connections there.”

Under the Bulgarian benefits system a single mother with a young child is entitled to about £20 per month, a single person gets about £15 per month and an unemployed couple gets £25 per month.

By comparison, Britain’s weekly payouts are extremely generous. Jobseekers’ allowance is worth £59.15, income support £59.15 per week and incapacity benefit £81.35.

Child benefit goes to everyone from an EU country — £18.10 a week for the eldest plus £12.10 for younger offspring. A family with five children would get almost £300 a month — a small fortune back in Bulgaria.

The Government’s increased foreign aid grant to Afghanistan last week of £255 million has taken on an even more bitter significance with the court case which began yesterday in which the state is trying to reduce compensation paid to wounded British soldiers.

The legal case, currently being heard in the Court of Appeal, sees Labour’s Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth launching an attempt to reduce compensation payments to wounded British soldiers.

If successful, the case will not only see future compensation to British soldiers wounded in Afghanistan reduced, but also paybacks demanded from British soldiers who have already received what the Government regards as ‘too much.’

At the same time, as reported only by the British National Party news service, based on a Department of International Development (DFID) press release, the Government gave a further £355 million to Afghanistan. Much of that money is to be used to give personal loans to individual Afghanis.

The court case in Britain is about the compensation paid out in terms of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme which pays out money to servicemen and women injured in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Government is trying to reverse extra compensation awarded to wounded soldiers after they suffered complications during treatment and their conditions worsened, arguing that it should only have to meet the cost of compensation for the original injuries.

A comparison between civil and military payouts for identical injuries provided by a private solicitor showed that, for example, the loss of one eye in Afghanistan would see a soldier paid out £48,875, while a civilian would be compensated £231,000.

An RAF civilian was awarded £484,000 for a repetitive strain injury in her wrist, while a Royal Marine who lost both legs and his right arm was paid £285,000.

Observers have pointed out that the only reason why British troops are in Afghanistan are because of the Tory and Labour Party supported foreign policy, not because of any genuine British interest.

It is, therefore, nothing short of treason to then refuse to pay the brave soldiers decent comparable compensation when they are injured carrying out these Tory/Labour wars. It also exposes the Conservative Party’s current bleating about the poor compensation levels as hypocritical in the extreme.

The British National Party was the first party in Britain to point out that there was no case for war in Afghanistan or Iraq, and has been the only party to consistently call for a full withdrawal from both those theatres of operations.

Additionally, the BNP is the only party which has consistently demanded that all foreign aid be stopped while British people suffer deprivation.

The British National Party is undergoing great organisational changes following the Euro election victories, but will always stick to its core aims of preserving Britain, said party deputy treasurer David Hannam.

Addressing around 50 people at the latest Melton Mowbray BNP branch meeting, Mr Hannam said that the party was being re-organised to cope with the current upsurge of public support.

“Even though huge changes are taking place within the party, it is important not to lose sight of our core aims,” he said.

 ”We won because we never wavered from our core beliefs and principles. The BNP cannot become part of the system. If we lose sight of that then there is no point in the BNP’s existence and we might as well go home,” Mr Hannam said to strong applause from the crowd.

Mr. Hannam also explained how the finances surrounding the two new BNP Members of the European Parliament worked. There are guidelines, he said, how grants can be spent, and any donations towards good causes will come out of the two MEPs’ personal pockets rather than formal expenses.

Newly elected Parish Councillor Nick Porter chaired the meeting and held a minute’s silence for the sixteen men and women who recently died serving their country.

Cllr James North gave a brief organiser’s report, commending the teams of activists and supporters who put in countless hours during the recent election campaign to promote the party.

“Melton Mowbray obtained the highest percentage increase in the East Midlands from 2004 and beat Labour in three of the four wards,” Cllr North said.

“Melton and Rutland BNP has come far since its humble beginnings and the public has given us the opportunity to be the real alternative to the Conservatives.”

Keith Addison, Melton and Rutland BNP’s fund holder, then provided a fascinating overview of the origin of Britain’s national debt, discussing the various wasted projects which had seen taxpayers’ money spent on everything except Britain.

Mr Addison concluded by saying that the British economy needed to once again become self-reliant, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Next speaker was East Midlands Press Officer John Ryde who provided some highly amusing examples of how the media had lied about the BNP during the Euro elections and of how all their efforts had been in vain because the party had succeeded in getting MEPs elected.

A headscarf-wearing Muslim extremist lawyer who specialises in representing Islamist terrorists in Britain has earned more than £4.5 million from the taxpayers’ purse for defending those invaders’ criminal actions.

Ms Mudassar Arani, a refugee from Uganda, has represented three of the 21/7 bombers: Abu Hamza, ‘dirty bomb’ plotter Dhiren Barot, and Sulayman Zain ul abiden; individuals arrested in connection with Zacarias Moussaoui the 20th 9/11 terrorist arrested in America; and the wives and families of people identified as the ‘top ten’ al-Qa’eda terrorists.

Ms Arani, who was accused of trying to bribe a witness in the 21/7 case, billed taxpayers almost one million pounds in the last year alone.

Her firm’s legal aid fees of £4,445,533 have been racked up over the past eight years.

According to the Legal Services Commission, which is responsible for funding legal aid, her company was paid for “wages for solicitors, case workers, support staff and overheads, such as offices costs.”

Ms Arani has had a chequered career since Britain gave her ’sanctuary’ from Idi Amin nearly 40 years ago.

During the trial of the 21/7 bombers she was accused by a QC of attempting to bribe another solicitor’s client.

Ms Arani sent £600 to a fourth accused, Manfo Asiedu, who she did not represent, while he was in custody in Belmarsh Prison, Woolwich Crown Court was told. It was alleged someone connected to Ms Arani tried to get Mr Asiedu to change his story to suit another defendant.

The court heard Ms Arani, who represented plot leader Muktar Ibrahim and others, also sent Mr Asiedu an Eid card signed “lots of love Mudassar Arani.”

Mr Ibrahim told the court Ms Arani sent him £100 while he was in prison, £50 for an Eid festival and £50 for another festival.

Mr Asiedu’s defence counsel, Stephen Kamlish QC, presented a document to the court which he said showed changes made to Mr Asiedu’s defence statement to make Mr Ibrahim’s own case look better. He said the paper could have been smuggled into the prison in legal documents “from outside.”

Referring to Ms Arani, he said: “Somebody connected to this solicitor has been trying to persuade my client to change his case to suit Ibrahim’s case.”

Despite the highly suspicious goings-on, no action was ever taken against Ms Arani by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

* This is the price Britain is paying for the multicultural nightmare. Muslims are imported wholesale as part of a planned mass Third World invasion programme. Once here, they are radicalised into Islamism, and resort to terrorism and bombings, all part of the Jihadist plan which is openly discussed and encouraged at meetings such as the recent Hizb ut-Tahrir party rally in London.

Finally, as if these insults were not enough, British people are then forced to pay out millions for Muslim lawyers to defend these terrorists.

The words of Enoch Powell come to mind: “We must be mad, literally mad, as a nation to be permitting the annual inflow of some 50,000 dependants, who are for the most part the material of the future growth of the immigrant descended population. It is like watching a nation busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre.”

‘Former’ Communist Party member and now second-in-charge of Labour’s Britain, Peter Mandelson, has demanded that British parents pay extra for their children’s university fees so that academically poorer-scoring youngsters can be forced into higher education.

In addition, Mr Mandelson said that traditional academic results should no longer be used as a measure to determine admission to university, and that “contextual benchmarks” be used which would “allow admissions tutors to offer students with poorer A-level grades places on in-demand degree courses.”

Speaking before a meeting of university chancellors at Birckbeck University, London, Mr Mandelson said that “more needs to be done to admit students from deprived backgrounds” to university.

In terms of his daft new piece of social engineering, parents who are already paying for their own children’s education face an additional fee of thousands of pounds per year to “support poorer undergraduates.”

No one who is  academically suitable should be deprived of an education, but it is also unfair to expect others to have to pay for their own education and other peoples’ at the same time by means of an extra tax, which is the essence of Mr Mandelson’s proposal.

His comments are widely seen as the precursor to the raising of the current cap on £3,225-a-year tuition fees. In return, universities will have to prove that they are attracting more poor students and supporting them financially.

What this means in reality is that parents who have scrimped and saved to send their children to university and students who have performed well academically, will be punished financially. The result would be far higher debts for more well-off students who will not be protected by an expansion of means-tested bursaries.

Both Labour and the Conservative Party have said they intend to raise tuition fees to £7,000-a-year by 2013. Research from Universities UK found that raising fees to £7,000 would push average debts up to £32,400 per student.

While ignoring the fact that academic achievement, regardless of social status, should be the determinant for higher educational opportunities, Mr Mandelson said he was “becoming impatient about poor progress in improving social mobility” and intended to “turn up the spotlight on university admissions.”

“There is a strong case for using other more contextual benchmarks for talent spotting that look at the way candidates have exploited the opportunities open to them in their lives,” said Mr Mandelson, who was a signed up member of the Communist Party of Great Britain in 1971.

Birmingham University is already planning a ‘needs-blind’ admission policy in which bursaries for poor students are provided mainly from a charge on wealthier students.

* The British National Party’s policy on university fees is to take the money which is currently being wasted on politically correct policing and similar nonsense and use it to abolish fees completely.

All students would then be afforded the opportunity of a higher education regardless of social status, as long as they qualified academically.

The Czech president, Václav Klaus, has announced his intention to take the European Union’s Lisbon Treaty to court in his country to test its legal status.

The announcement follows last month’s German Constitutional Court ruling which decided that the EU was not a democratic organisation and that the German government had to entrench its own rights in important matters before the Lisbon Treaty could be enforced.

Mr Klaus is hoping foremost for a ruling from the Czech court similar to that of the German court, or, failing that, an opportunity to delay ratification of the Lisbon Treaty till the end of the year.

Such a move would cause the appointment of the next European Commission — which would have greater powers than the current body — to be delayed until 2010.

President Klaus, supported by a large number of senators, plans to refer the Lisbon treaty to the country’s constitutional court at the start of August to see if it complies with the Czech constitution.

Emboldened by the unexpected European court decision, which ruled that the German parliament had to pass a new law to give itself more say over EU affairs, President Klaus hopes to delay the process as long as possible.

Ireland, already having rejected the Lisbon Treaty in a referendum, is being forced to vote again on 2 October to try and browbeat that nation into endorsing the handover of central powers to the EU.

The outcome of that referendum will determine if the Polish president finally approves the Lisbon Treaty or not.

The German court ruled that the EU is not a democratic state and the European parliament is not a proper legislature. The German parliament, therefore, must keep for itself the power to shape “citizens’ circumstances of life in areas such as criminal law, taxation, education and religion,” the court ruled.

The conservative Christian Social Union (CSU), the Bavarian wing of the ruling Christian Democratic Union (CDU), has made a number of additional demands.

These extra hurdles set up by the CSU include the demand that any new EU membership applications first be approved in referenda in Germany, that the next European Commission should not include an enlargement commissioner, and that a new system of ‘integration control’ be introduced whereby the German Constitutional Court ratifies all further changes.

Britain was offered a nightmare vision of a Tory-controlled government yesterday when Conservative Party leader David Cameron spelled out his party’s plans if it won the next election: increased taxes, reduced services and increased foreign aid.

Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show on BBC 1, Mr Cameron said that tax credits for middle class Britons would be repealed under a Tory government. In addition, Labour’s 50 percent tax rate on people earning more than £150,000 would be kept and the Tories would also be looking at introducing new toll roads.

Specifically targeting middle class Britain — from which Mr Cameron, a millionaire who claimed £768 from the taxpayer in order to have wisteria removed from his own house’s chimney as part of his ‘parliamentary expenses’ — is unsurprisingly exempt, the Tory leader said it was no longer justifiable to give tax credits for children to families earning £66,000 a year.

What this will mean, of course, is that those who should be having more children — as opposed to poverty stricken Third World immigrants — will be penalised for reproducing, while immigrants with higher birthrates will be rewarded for having more children under the Tory plan.

Mr Cameron also said that it was “time to look the British public in the eye and make it clear we are going to cut public spending.” This means reduced services despite rising unemployment and deprivation. However, Mr Cameron clearly marked out his intention to increase the foreign aid budget — putting foreign nations’ interests before British people once again.

A foreign aid green paper released earlier by the Conservative Party stated that it aimed to increase foreign aid to a level which would translate to £14 billion in today’s budget.

The British National Party’s economic recovery programme is far more practical and will ensure that the deficit is reduced without having to hike taxes, as the Tories intend.

The BNP believes that personal income tax is already far too high. British people are taxed at some of the highest rates in the Western world and receive some of the worst services in return. Billions of pounds can be slashed off government spending by inter alia:

- Ending the £9 billion foreign aid budget;

- Ending the £4.5 billion a year wars in Iraq and Afghanistan;

- Ending the untold billions spent subsidising the immigration swindle and all its ancillary costs (benefits, court and jail services, counter-terrorism measures, the “race relations” industry and a host of others);

- Ending the billions pumped into the EU swindle;

- Severely curtailing the tax-subsidised feeding frenzy at Westminster and other levels of government; and

- Cutting back all unnecessary layers of government which have been artificially created by years of politically correct Labour and Tory rule.

These measures alone, without any other steps, will almost completely plug the hole in public finances caused by decades of Labour and Tory misrule.

One new British passport is issued every two minutes to immigrants obtaining permanent residence in Britain — and they will be able to get their hands on British citizenship even more quickly if they move to Scotland.

The bizarre plan to reward immigrants with extra points under the Government’s hopeless new points system was revealed by Scottish Secretary Jim Murphy, who said “living and working in Scotland will be one way to earn points” under the new immigration plans.

He said that if immigrants were willing to live in underpopulated parts of Britain, they would find it easier to pass the test.

“Having lived and worked in Scotland is proposed as one way to earn points,” Mr Murphy said.

The proposed system will require an army of civil servants to monitor where immigrants are living.

When it is considered that some 220,000 immigrants are to be given British passports this year alone, it is obvious that a small army of UK Border Agency (UKBA) personnel will be required to police the residence habits of immigrants.

The UKBA is already short-staffed and underfunded — so that they are not allowed to work over weekends to save money — and it borders on insanity to suggest that they will be able to enforce this latest Government plan.

Finally, even if it were possible — which it is not — once a passport application is approved, the Government has no control over the person’s movements thereafter. This makes the “filling up the sparsely populated areas” (where there are few employment opportunities) plan even more demented.

During the first three months of 2009, 54,615 citizenship applications were rubber-stamped by the Home Office. This is the equivalent of one every two minutes. At this rate, some 220,000 will have been issued before the end of the year, up from last year’s record-breaking 129,310.

Britain has revealed itself as the major Muslim invasion point for Europe with a rally of thousands of militant Muslims under the radical Hizb ut-Tahrir pan-Islamist party in London supporting Jihad and the creation of a caliphate in which non-Muslims will have no rights.

The rally — largely ignored by the controlled media out of a desire to hide the shocking truth from the British public — was organised by Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain, which is the UK variant of the globalist Islamist party. The conference was provocatively titled “The Struggle for ISLAM and the call for Khilafah.” (Khilafah is the word for caliphate.)

It was opened by Dr Abdul Wahid, Chairman of Hizb ut-Tahrir Britain’s Executive Committee, who said, “using the issue of terrorism and extremism, Western governments have embarked on a campaign to prevent the Muslim world establishing an Islamic government, the Caliphate that will free the Muslim world from the terror and hegemony that has been brought upon it by the West.”

Dr Wahid said, “In this critical time, Muslims needed to hold onto Islamic values living in the West, and resist the attempts to reform Islam, and to support the call for the Islamic Khilafah in the Muslim world — to end decades of oppression, colonisation and dependency.”

“The growing call for Khilafah in the Muslim world is causing increasing anxiety in Western capitals. To thwart this call Western backed puppet rulers are doing everything to stop the political work of Hizb ut Tahrir. Despite all the torture and terror upon Hizb ut Tahrir members, the party’s work continues to grow and its call is now embraced by millions of Muslims all over the world,” the conference was told.

An official Hizb ut Tahrir press release stated: “The conference highlighted how the method to re-establish the Khilafah is based on the Life (Seerah) of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), which clearly laid out a non-violent intellectual and political struggle to bring about change. Hizb ut-Tahrir has continued with this method for over 50 years and calls Muslims all over the world to this path for change.

“The conference concluded by emphasizing the key role the Muslim community in the West plays in terms of supporting the call for Khilafah in the Muslim world and carrying the Message of Islam to the wider non-Muslim society, breaking the stereotypes and presenting Islam with sound argument and good example.”

The London Khilafah conference followed a month-long series of conferences in Lebanon, Kuwait, Gaza, Sudan, Tanzania, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, the US and Australia. It included a landmark gathering in Indonesia of thousands of leading scholars supporting the re-establishment of the Khilafah which was addressed by the global leader, Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, Sheikh Ata abu Rashta.

* Hizb ut-Tahrir (English: Party of Liberation) is an international pan-Islamist, Sunni political party whose goal is to combine all Muslim countries in a unitary Islamic state or caliphate, ruled by Islamic law and with a caliph head of state elected by Muslims.

Taqiuddin al-Nabhani, an Islamic scholar, founded the organization in 1953 in Jerusalem. Since then Hizb ut-Tahrir has spread to more than 40 countries. Hizb ut-Tahrir is very active in the West, particularly in the United Kingdom, and is also active in several Arab and Central Asian countries, despite being banned in many of them.

Hizb ut-Tahrir believes a caliphate “will provide stability and security to all the people of the region, Muslims and Non-Muslims”. The party promotes “an elaborate and detailed program for instituting an Islamist state” that will “establish the laws of the Islamic Shariah and carry the Da’wah of Islam to the world.”

Article 56 of the draft constitution of the proposed caliphate state describes conscription as a compulsory individual duty, for all citizens. “Every male Muslim, fifteen years and over, is obliged to undergo military training in readiness for jihad.”

Hizb ut-Tahrir rejects democracy as a western system and unIslamic Hizb ut-Tahrir’s official papers say that “The basis of the democratic system is that people possess the right of sovereignty, choice and implementation … it is a Kufr system because it is laid down by man and it is not from the Shari’ah Laws.”

In Hizb ut-Tahrir’s draft constitution for its unified Islamic state, any non-Muslims living in the state may not serve in any of the ruling offices, such as the position of caliph, nor vote for these officials, as these positions require those who fulfil them to believe in the system. Muslims have “the right to participate in the election of the Khaleefah [head of state] and in giving him the pledge (ba’iah). Non-Muslims have no right in this regard.”

Hizb ut-Tahrir claims the rights of Jews and other non-Muslims are enshrined within statuary Islamic Law (Sharia). These were laid down by the prophet Muhammad when he established the first Islamic state in Medina in the seventh century. He said, “Whoever harms a dhimmi (non-Muslim citizen) has harmed me.”

In regards to foreign policy, Article 186 of the draft constitution states: “The State is forbidden to belong to any organisation that is based on something other than Islam or that applies non-Islamic rules.”

Article 7 of its Draft Constitution declares that Muslims who “have by themselves renounced Islam … are guilty of apostasy (murtad) from Islam [and] are to be executed.”

Hizb ut-Tahrir forbids women from ruling positions such as caliph, Chief Justice, provincial governor, or mayor citing prophetic traditions. Article 109 of the party’s draft constitution prescribes segregation of the sexes in public activities such as school, sporting activities, etc. Muslim women would be required to hide “their charms,” i.e. their body with the exception of hands and face, to dress in accordance with khimar and jilbab. Article 114 of the constitution specifies that women should not be allowed to be in private with men other than their husband or members of their immediate family (father, brother, son). Article 116 stipulates that once married a woman is obliged to obey her husband.

And so it goes: the colonisation of Britain and Europe by Islam continues, with the active support of the Tory, Labour, Liberal Democrat and UKIP four-headed single party. Only the British National Party opposes the Islamification of Britain.

Britain is being colonised by the Third World, with at least twenty percent of the resident population either born overseas or descendants of foreign-born parents.

The vast majority of these foreign-born residents are of Third World extraction.

According to figures just released by the Office for National Statistics, at least eleven percent of all people living in Britain today were born overseas. This figure does not include their second or third generation children.

If these descendants of foreign-born residents are included, the total non-indigenous British population is easily double the official figure and well in excess of twenty percent.

The figures show that more than one in every eight people in England was born abroad. In the middle of last year there were 6,486,000 people in Britain who were born abroad, with just over six million of them in England.

The vast majority of the population increase is not from Eastern Europe. The numbers of Eastern Europeans living in Britain has gone up by between 400,000 and 500,000, while the ranks of those in Britain who were born outside Europe have swelled by just under 700,000.

The foreign-born population rose by 290,000 last year and has risen by an average of 313,000 each year since 2004.

The Labour Force Survey, from which the information has been obtained, also fails to include people who live in hotels, boarding houses, hostels or caravan sites, as large numbers of migrants do. Nor does it include students in halls of residence.

Sir Andrew Green, head of the Migrationwatch think tank, said the new figures were “cause for real concern and heralded a population explosion.”

Now more than ever, British voters need to understand that they are being colonised. Unless they act decisively to halt this mass immigration wave, Britain and its thousands of years of culture, history and tradition will be submerged under the immigration invasion.

The British economy is in fiscal meltdown, Government spending is outstripping tax revenues, borrowing is increasing beyond our ability to repay, and poverty and unemployment are at record levels, but the Government has just announced a further £255 million aid package to Afghanistan.

Speaking in Kabul, Secretary of State for International Development Douglas Alexander today outlined the “UK development support for the Afghan government.”

Standing alongside Afghan Finance Minister, Omar Zakhilwal; Minister Mohammad Asif Rahimi from the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock; and Minister Wais Barmak, Deputy Minister for Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Mr Alexander announced an immediate UK contribution of £60 million to the Afghan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) for 2009-2010.

He also announced £30m over four years towards the Afghan government’s Comprehensive Agriculture and Rural Development Facility (CARD).

The ARTF contribution of up to £225 million over four years is the main way the UK contributes aid to the Afghanistan national government’s central budget.

According to the DFID press release, this gives the Afghan government “certainty of long-term finance in the years to come” and that an “increasing proportion of the UK’s contribution to the ARTF will be conditional on the policies and performance of the new Afghan government.”

British taxpayers will be thrilled to know that their money will be spent on paying the “salaries of teachers, doctors and nurses” in Kabul.

To add insult to injury, the money will also be used to “extend micro credit facilities to 450,000 Afghans” –  in other words, to give personal cash ‘loans’ to nearly half a million Afghans.

Minister Zakhilwal said in his response that: “Since the ARTF was launched in 2002, the UK has been one of the largest and most committed contributors.

“This has allowed the Afghan government to pay the wages of key workers such as teachers, and thereby contributed to the dramatic increase in the number of children enrolled in school here — up from under one million under the Taliban to over seven million now.”

* Meanwhile, the unemployment rate in Britain was 7.6 percent for the three months to May 2009, up 0.9 over the previous quarter and up 2.4 over the year. The number of unemployed British people increased by 281,000 over the quarter and by 753,000 over the year, to reach 2.38 million. This is the largest quarterly increase in the number of unemployed people since comparable records began in 1971.

Most recently, the Government has announced that it will be cutting back public spending, a view echoed by the Conservative Party. The Tories have promised, however, to increase foreign aid if they are elected.

Secret Government documents have revealed that American talk show host Michael Savage was only included in a British government ‘banned list’ because it was dominated by Muslims.

The documents have been made public as part of the discovery process in Mr Savage’s ongoing £100,000 libel case against former Home Secretary Jacqui “I never ran anything before the Home Office” Smith.

The official correspondence, released under the Freedom of Information Act, has revealed that Mr Savage’s name was placed on a list of people banned from Britain only to provide “balance” and that officials specifically warned the Government that it could be accused of being “duplicitous” by including his name.

Referring to Mr Savage by his real name of Weiner, one of the email messages, dated 27 November 2008, from an unnamed Home Office official, says, “with Weiner, I can understand that disclosure of the decision would help provide a balance of types of exclusion cases.

“We will want to ensure that the names disclosed reflect the broad range of cases and are not all Islamic extremists.”

A further email confirmed the decision was approved at the highest level of Government, saying: “HO [Home Office] intend to include Weiner in their quarterly stats… Both the FS [Foreign Secretary] and PM [Prime Minister] are firmly behind listing and naming such people.”

One civil servant counselled caution, saying: “I think we could be accused of duplicity in naming him” and helpfully added that “the fact that he is homophobic does help.”

Mr Savage had earlier accused Ms Smith of having plucked his name out of a hat because he was “controversial and white.” These latest revelations add weight to that charge.

Speaking to the World Net Daily news service, Mr Savage said it was now obvious that the Home Office chose him to balance the list of Muslim extremists because he is Jewish.

“The name Dreyfus comes to mind. They have attempted to destroy my reputation to avoid offending those Muslims who want to destroy them! The Warsaw ghetto comes to mind, where some Jews threw other Jews into Gestapo hands to live another day,” he said.

“Make no mistake about this — they ‘chose’ me because I am the only talker in the top five who is Jewish! The old anti-Semitic strain has resurfaced in England, not among the right wing, but on the socialist left. This should galvanize every member of the U.S. media, but will it?”

Mr Savage said his message for Ms Smith and the people of the UK was, “Shame on you. Shame that you’ve fallen to such a low level.”

“It’s interesting to me that here I am a talk show host, who does not advocate violence, who advocates patriotic traditional values — borders, language, culture — who is now on a list banned in England,” he said. “What does that say about the government of England? It says more about them than it says about me.”

As swine flu threatens Britain, the public will be alarmed to hear that there has been at least one reported incident of Muslim National Health Service staff refusing to use alcohol-based hand gels which are vital in containing the virus.

The Muslims, employed by St Albans Council in Hertfordshire, complained about the antibacterial lotion, saying the Koran bans them from consuming or coming into touch with alcohol.

Politically correct madmen at that council then issued them with non-alcohol hand gels which have been proven to be less effective in killing bugs.

So far 31 people have died from swine flu in Britain and there are an estimated 31,000 confirmed infections. Unconfirmed reports say the infection is reaching another 55,000 people every week.

According to the BBC, a St Albans council spokesman said that following the complaints, “two members of staff asked for alcohol-free hand gels and these were provided in May and the Equalities Officer was informed of this.”

* In February 2008, NHS officials were forced into crisis talks with Muslim medical staff who objected to new hygiene rules aimed at helping tackle superbugs.

Female Muslim medical students at Alder Hey children’s hospital in Liverpool objected to rolling up their sleeves when washing their hands and removing arm coverings in theatre, claiming it was “immodest.”

Similar concerns were raised at Leicester University, while at Sheffield University a case was reported of a Muslim medic refusing to wash her arms prior to theatre because it left her forearms exposed.

Dr Steve Ryan, medical director at Alder Hey, was quoted as saying that the “bare below the elbows” dress code is a matter of patient safety. The new Department of Health guidance was introduced in a bid to restrict the spread of potentially fatal infections such as MRSA and Clostridium difficile.

“We specify bare below elbows, no wrist watches, nail varnish or false nails in clinical areas. Good hand hygiene is one of the most important and simplest actions we can take to prevent healthcare associated infections,” Dr Ryan said.

The Islamic Medical Association insisted that covering all the body in public, except the face and hands, was a basic tenet of Islam. It said: “No practising Muslim woman — doctor, medical student, nurse or patient — should be forced to bare her arms below the elbow.”
