Last Saturday saw the British National Party super activists in Wolverhampton spread their message to the Merry Hill area as part of their “Operation Outreach.”
One team manned a table in the town centre and another team led by Mr Dave Bradnock leafleted the surrounding area, reported Wolverhampton organiser Mr Simon Patten.
“The local people were eager to obtain leaflets and Voice of Freedom newspapers, and many took extra copies to distribute to friends and family,” said Mr Patten.
“Numerous passing vehicles beeped their horns in support and some even brought the traffic to a halt as they stopped and asked for leaflets.”
Mr Patten said that with support levels like that, people should not be too surprised at what promises to be a very respectable vote in the West Midlands Euro election.
