I've got a good idea. Switch off the TV and read to your child instead!!! You could start with the BNP manifesto.... as long as you can understand all the big words!

The only 2 brainy young people who speak nicely in East Enders and go to university are a negro and an asian - everyone else says "sumfink" or "ain't got nuffink."

My advice to anyone still watching or listening to the BBC (George Orwell's model for Big Brother-FACT) is STOP IT, NOW!
It is pure government propaganda - even, and especially, the fictional dramas and sketch shows. (The Archers, East Enders, My Family, etc)
Go online instead, and start researching what is really going on in the world! The BBC "news" is not news at all - it is what "they" want you to know about, from "their" (Government) viewpoint.
Every comment I have made about the BBC is true about the other British stations too.
Children and young people are being taught/brain-washed by the media to be gay.
They are being taught that the automatic response to becoming pregnant is "Shall I keep it, or get rid of it?"
They are being taught to disregard and disobey their parent and elders, and basically to behave like a rude, ignorant slob, in every soap.
Fashionably unmarried father Alistair Campbell (remember Dr Kelly?) and other celebrity scroats are now mentoring children to stand up and be liars, in a reality show about Public Speaking.
TV has become poison to the young.
I am so furious now about the disgusting prospect of abortion clinic ads being shown on TV soon that I have decided I will no longer be paying my TV LICENCE.
I have cancelled my direct debit, and will only be using my TV for films from my personal video/DVD collection.
The BBC will get no more money from me. Ever! That is it!
Take me to court BBC scumbags, I don't care anymore.

Is this letter serious? Even the most prominent figures within the BBC acknowledge that, proportionally, those from ethnic minorities are under-represented within the corporation. Some links:

<a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1313550/Director-general-admits-BBC-is-hideously-white.html" target="_blank">http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1313550/Di...</a>

<a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1575219/Drop-in-BBC-bosses-from-ethnic-minorities.html" target="_blank">http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1575219/Dr...</a>

I would also point out that the World Service is an international radio station that happens to be broadcast by a British media organisation. It has an audience of over 150 million listeners, so by no stretch of the imagination can it be claimed that the majority of its audience is British.

Furthermore, I am not sure how one is able to ascertain the religion of a presenter or interview subject solely by their name or their nationality? Even if it were possible, I think that Furor Teutonicus' figure of 80% Muslim "coverage" is a gross exaggeration. I have listened to the World Service probably six out of every seven days for the past five years, and have not found this to be the case. There is undoubtedly a large number of stories addressing Islam, but this is because the World Service has more news than any other type of programming, and Islam is a factor in international terrorism, the Palestinian conflict, Iran and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. As these are some of the most widely covered issues in international news, it is to be expected that they will be given a lot of attention by an international news broadcaster.

But she's 'armless!
Unlike a lot of the population who like to get legless?
Sorry couldn't resist that one!
:)
But everytime they show London school kids they show that girl in the head scarf it seems.
She must be making as much in repeat fees as that guy who says "Mind the gap"!

Great British is right. I was watching a programme on the BBC the other day praising the resiliance of christian culture in Britain. Where were the muslims, I asked, as the hour expired without a single mention of them. Not even the MAXIMUM 2.4 minutes worth! It had that banana mouthed ex PM's wife banging on though.

What's even more despicable is that I was watching CBBC the other day and I couldn't find anything to complain about. The loony left BBC are obviously pandering to us to keep their viewership intact - for now, at least.

As an addition to the origional post, has any one seen BBC World, ot listened to the World service in the last 5 years or so?

A good 80% of their programmes are by, about, revolve around, or are presented by, muslims. This has got so ridiculously obvious that it reminds me of the old Blue Peter trick of every eye turned towards the speaker.

During the world cup, they followed a team from getting to the hotel, to eventualy winning, or not, and going home. Which team? Iran. (It was a short series). Comments re the "finance crisis", who do they interview? Mustaffa som'thing-or'other from Kuwait university. News about the Hubble telescope, Mustaffa su'm'thing-else from Tehran University.

Now if the BBC are wishing to "represent the population by reflecting the percentage of members of certain communities in their coverage", then there should be a MAXIMUM of 4% "muslim coverage" not as it stands at present around 80%

nice to see that i am not the only one that has noticed this about the BBC , have you also noticed that when the BBC does a news report from anywhere in the UK the first person that they always talk to is of "ethnic" persuasion

I don't have a problem wuth the female preseter having one arm - what is more important is what is what is presented. Lord Nelson had only one arm. Still, I suppose it is unlikely that the female presenter said, as Nelson did, "You must hate the Frenchman as you hate the Devil!' or even "England expects every man will do his duty!"
