Next Legal Salvoes Being Launched!

“We’ve forced more than a dozen hostile organisations to take down the list from the web. We’ve secured undertakings from various papers and media outlets to cease using and to destroy their illegal copies of our list. Now we’re ready for the next wave of our legal defence fight back,” said Nick Griffin in an exclusive interview for BNP News.
“The targets of our newly opened second front in this long war are leftist organisations which try to force employers to sack BNP members,” the BNP leader said.
“While much of the detailed legal letter now prepared for them covers the same ground as that which has already helped to stop journalists harassing our people, the main thrust of this is summed up in these two paragraphs:
‘(As) you must be aware, by so misusing the List you are directly and/or indirectly in the current and future causing harassment and intimidation of those members of the British National Party whose details compose the List contrary to the Protection From Harassment Act 1997.
‘It has also come to my notice that you may be using the List to partake in conspiracy to interfere with trade and or inducement to break contract by seeking the dismissal from employment of persons identified in the List.’
“This has already been sent to the far-left leadership of unions such as the NUT and Unite and to Bob Crowe of ASLEF,” Mr Griffin said. “The pace and reach of our People’s Defence legal fight-back is increasing all the time. We’re going to give the bullies a simple choice: Back down or pay up!
“There will be some wailing and gnashing of teeth among the champagne socialist time-servers when they waddle into their offices on Monday.”
As a matter of fact, we know that more and more of our members are leaving their old unions of their own accord in any case. What’s the point of paying large sums of money to belong to an old and usually lazy union that will stab you in the back and spit on your rights when for just £5 a month you can get the advice, support and protection that comes from belonging to the independent nationalist union Solidarity?
Recently given a clean bill of financial health and probity by the independent regulatory Union Certification Officer following a series of groundless attacks by close allies of the List-leakers, Solidarity has grown faster in the last two weeks than ever before. More and more BNP members are realising that Solidarity’s motto really means something for them and us as individuals: ‘Together We Are Strong!’
Activists’ Defence Tip:
We all know that the police are being turned — often against their will in the case of rank-and-file officers — into the jackbooted bullyboys of the Brown regime. They don’t just target the BNP; Conservative cabinet ministers, Countryside marchers, and anti-development protesters are getting picked on more and more alongside us.
In fact, simply being an activist in almost any cause can be enough to attract the unwelcome attention of the new ‘Brownshirts’. So we urge all viewers involved in any kind of public protest or political activity to take a moment to look at the following video clips. They show very clearly how the mobile phone camera and video is an extraordinarily effective weapon against police bullying and harassment of legal and legitimate protesters.
