Lots of talk here of Switzerland and Ireland, but what about Iceland? Look what has happened there in the last few weeks. It is being deliberately trashed so badly by the elite, the intention being that the Icelandic people will eventually clamour and beg for the EU and the Euro. Then the EU can get into their fishing waters. After all, we have allowed ours to be almost ruined, so they are no much good now.
The EU is a smash and grab enterprise run by dangerous psychos. They will get a strangle hold over Switzerland eventually, and Ireland too.
Rigging elections electronically is child's play these days.
I don't even believe NuLabour won here last time! I heard that men were spotted quietly putting sealed ballot boxes in the back of a police van, late on election night, in T Blair's Sedgefield constituancy, and it was hushed up!

It struck me that Switzerland could be an ideal model for Europe. From memory:

The 'Canton' system allows each area its own internal voting - the Swiss are very conscious that they are a confederation which grew slowly over time, starting I think with four cantons, a bit like the USA. They have four official languages (French, Italian, Swiss-German, and Romansch, which may - or may not - be descended from Etruscan). They have a studious policy of neutrality. They have a highly democratic system with referenda whenever a certain number of signatures are obtained. They don't have a free movement of people - there's a system by which neighbours are voted for, in effect. They take their defence seriously, at least so far as individual arms go. It's true there are worrying aspects about numbered accounts, but compared with other countries' records I suspect this is relatively small beer.

I'm afraid I can't go into great detail despite being part-Swiss - and, I'd guess, nor can you. Fascinating isn't it that probably the most successful multi-language and democratic country, ever, in the entire world has a constitution that is never discussed by the media, the state BBC, the education system, politicans... isn't it? Why could that be?

Isn’t it strange that if Switzerland stand up for their own principles and refuse admission to workers from Romania and Bulgaria, that European Commission chief Jose Manuel Barroso would not be delighted to welcome them to Portugal, his own home country…

Wonder if this poses the question of how much benefit those ‘would be’ aliens would have on the quality of life in his own backyard. Can’t understand why phrases such as ‘applying pressure’, ‘cancellations of parcels of bilaterals’ and ‘guillotine clauses’ are being bandied about… Its almost as if the powers that be in the EU are not so desperate to accommodate those Romanian and Bulgarian ‘enrichers’ as they would have us believe.

Best wishes to the good Swiss people, on keeping their Country as clean and pure as is possible in todays ever-shrinking World, and show the other smaller Countries of Europe that they too can and should stand up to the bullying of the EU Commissioners…

Oh,Switzerland!
That last bastion of free thought must really stick in the kraw of the E.U.
Living, breathing proof if you need it ,that a nation can survive without mass immigration and enrichment.
Oh God how I envy them! I only hope they have the courage to tell the hateful EU to Go To Hell!

Typical E.U. policy. Vote for us or else.

The swiss people hold referendums over all major issues. Others should accept and respect those democratic results whether they agree with them or not.

Is there any truth in the rumour that Robert Mugabe is to be made an honorary E.U. commissioner?

No? Then don't act like he was already there.

Patience vandercamp, patience. The leaders of the BNP know only too well that t the only thing which will wake up the majority of the sheeple will be the 3.00 a.m. thunderous banging on their doors, announcing the arrival of the EUSSR Gestapo. It will then be too late, of course, hence, rest assured, that is not going to be allowed to happen. The sheeple must, and will have to be, saved from the
lethal consequences of their own apathy and ignorance.

Meanwhile, we must use leafleting and the Truth Truck to waken up as many people as possible. There actually are people out there with intelligence, compassion and foresight and an innate sense what is of right and what is wrong, as is proven by the quality fo the posts on this website and by that of the BNP membership which so "shocked" the Fascist-Left baboons.

We have about 18 months left in which to bring on board as many as possible of Britain's intellectually functional people and we are doing very well at it so far. We will draw in still more as the dire economic conditions created by the nation-destroying international bankers continue to deteriorate.

In the final analysis, our leaders know full well that all the things that are happening to our country, including the continuing mass alien invasion, are not part of some political game but are symptomatic of the STATE OF WAR which exists between the nation state of Britain and the Bilderberg Group/ New World Order conspirators.

So far, the NWO conspirators have fought what they call a "quiet war, using silent weapons", against the United States and all of Europe. They have been successful in this so far, simply by proffering huge financial incentives to the politicians to betray their own countries.

Unless those traitors remain in office, the NWO mass-murderers-in-waiting
cannot win. Their "slavery and genocide" regime will never be imposed on us.

Our BNP leaders are fully aware of this.

Very clearly and succinctly put, Crispy. The EUSSR dictators have clearly shown that renegade countries such as Switzerland, within the land mass of Europe, are no to be tolerated and, whether they are signed-up members of the European Soviet or not, such countries must be destroyed by the dictators'
favourite WMD, mass alien invasion. What the Swiss are looking at just now is the thin end of the wedge.

So, Switzerland is to have a referendum on admitting workers from Romania and Bulgaria. The EU notoriously doesn't like being forced to cope with annoying referenda, does it? Is that what's getting up the EU's nose so much that they are threatening the country with a guillotine on its bilaterals? Once the Director of the Public Safety Committee, er, I mean the EU Ambassador to Switzerland starts threatening you, that's the time to drop contact tout de suite. I'm sure that's what Wilhelm Tell would have advised, anyway. Judging from Britain's experience, less is more as far as the EU in concerned. The referendum is being held because Tell's only remaining disciples, the Swiss People's Party (or Democratic Union of the Centre or UDC), the right-wing Liga Ticino and the Swiss Democrats, gathered the 50,000 signatures required for requesting one (I wish we could have a democratic system like that). It is calculated that 90% of the right-wing UDC party is against the extension of the accords and have made a strong showing in recent elections.

The Swiss entry into the Schengen zone means that the European borderless travel zone now stretches from the Arctic Ocean to the Mediterranean, an awesome European empire. Some say that losing Schengen membership could damage the Swiss economy as it depends heavily on foreign resident labour and commuters crossing in from neighbouring countries every day. Others, however, predict that nothing much will change because, although systematic control of persons will be lifted, customs and goods controls will remain in place. The Schengen agreement is, however, set to bring closer cooperation than ever before between Switzerland and the EU on police and asylum matters ... The date of the agreement also coincides with that of Switzerland's accession to the EU's Dublin accord on asylum. Schengen membership also complicates Switzerland's ties with its only non-EU neighbour Liechtenstein which has not yet joined the passport-free zone. Switzerland will have to put in place video surveillance and mobile border patrols along their joint frontier. Sounds a lot like enforced and expensive bullying to me. Border guard chief Damian Curschellas says they are unlikely to net many criminals or illegal immigrants. Because Liechtenstein has no international airport of its own, the only way to get there without passing through a Schengen country first would be to parachute out of a plane, he said.

The biggest change will be for those non-European nationals living in Switzerland who previously needed a visa to travel to other European countries, a requirement that will now be dropped. "If you're Bolivian with permanent residency in Switzerland, for example, you can now go to France for up to three months without applying for a visa," said Michel Bachar, spokesman for Geneva's border guard corps. Likewise, tourists from countries such as China need only apply for a single Schengen visa if they are planning a trip to France and Italy (or, the thought occurs, to Britain) with a stopover in Switzerland.

It is also to be hoped that the extension of the labour treaty to Bulgaria and Romania will not result in lower salaries and unacceptable working conditions, as Switzerland does not have a minimum wage safety net for domestic workers, of whom there are about 50,000 unregistered living in Switzerland illegally or not paying taxes who are likely to be squeezed hardest as recession sets in. However, not to worry, there is one growth service industry left: assisted suicide.

If the Swiss are not sure about further involvement with babylon, and think there could be benefits in more links with the EU, the threats being made by those in the towers over the possible NO vote on admitting foreign workers should speak volumes to them.

This shows our own public exactly what the EU is like but unfortuneatly 80 per cent of this countries folk are so thick they cant see it . These people are too interested in strictly dancing or some other vote show they are just not interested, Let us be honest and truthful what fool would pay fifteen pence to phone the BBC or whoever to vote for some loser making some disagreable noise whilst being brainwashed at the sametime. In the meantime our country is being taken over , our freedoms are being eroded ,absolutely unbelieveable.Wake up you fools there are more serious things to pay attention to other than reality shows ,game shows and football. to carry on as you are is to give up your children and grandchildren to Islamic slavery. Wakey Wakey !!!!

The EUSSR has already been rejected five (or is it six) times) by Switzerland.

Now the bully gets rough. If they cannot get what they want by fair means, they play by foul.

Just watch the effort they will expend in Ireland....!!!

They will give "guarantees" to the Irish, but when Ireland is trapped, it won't matter, because the EU will override any concessions they have made. They are treacherous scheming Marxists.

Ireland must resist, because if the Swiss give in, we are all doomed.

If !! the Swiss and Irish give in. The only hope for us is a BNP government to get us out of the mire which will be inflicted on Europe by these totalitarian b######s.

I am feeling more and more pessimism with regards the people of Europe/ the English people making a STAND against the EU , forcing all this immigration multicultrual crap on everyone, it seems fascism is going to reign over everyone and nothing of any great IMPACT is being done to STOP it ! sometimes I sit and start to question my self who right me or them, we have Islamic mosques going up everywhere, a hand full of BNP supporters do what they can to stop it , the people in the town/city does nothing at all, might just beep their car horn in support when the drive by, do the rest of them support the Muslims and their mosques?, or don't they care at all? The best bit of news I had on the BNP/ nationalist was when Richard Barnbrook got on the GLC, everything else have been going at a snails pace, while the fascist /Marxist rulers have been steaming ahead with their plans, something needs to be done and pretty sharpish too ,if there stands a chance to reverse the situation,

Don't worry - if the Swiss do vote no they will have to keep on voting until they get it right, just like Ireland.
