Top Employment Lawyers Offer Free Representation to BNP Members

The British lion has awoken! One of this country’s top employment law firms, enraged by the disgraceful media-led witch hunt against BNP members, has offered pro bono — free — representation to any person who is threatened by their employers as a result of the ‘leaked membership list’ smear.
The offer for free representation is just one indication of the degree of the public response to the criminal release of an old, partly outdated, and tampered with, BNP membership list over the past few days. Anyone who has been threatened at their workplace and who might require legal help is asked to call the national enquiries line at 0871 0500 232 and supply their details.
In addition, the pro-British Solidarity trade union, fresh from its victory in getting a crazed leftist kicked off a General Teaching Council employment tribunal investigating BNP teacher Adam Walker, has announced that it will be waiving its requirement for three months’ membership before granting legal representation for new members.
“BNP members have the right not to be discriminated against,” said General Secretary of Solidarity, Patrick Harrington. “Solidarity does not discriminate on political grounds, and has members belonging to a number of different parties. We offer advice and represent them all at various levels.”
“Anyone named on this list who is concerned that they may be harassed by their employer should contact us. Our union has decided to extend immediate protection to anyone joining now without any qualification period. We will defend your rights if you encounter any difficulty,” Mr Harrington said.
“We warn bosses that any illegal actions against a member of our union on grounds of their political views or association will get an immediate and effective response from our brotherhood. We believe the legal position is clear.” Join Solidarity today by clicking here.
BNP leader Nick Griffin said that he was working closely with the police who are taking the matter very seriously. “Anyone still receiving threatening phone calls from one of the pro-Labour trade union office phone banks who are behind a huge phone campaign should report it to the police and ask for a trace to be put on the line. Even Caller ID calls are instantly traceable by the police in such circumstances,” he said.
“We also need to hear of any problems that anyone does encounter so we can add them in to the list of consequences to be considered when the High Court is assessing the damages suffered as a consequence of the actions of the people responsible for this latest outrage,” Mr Griffin said.
* Final evidence of the media’s error in making a feast of the membership list story has come with the hit rate counter on the BNP website. Yesterday, the BNP had just on 100,000 individual visitors to the site, resulting in a staggering 634,000 page views. Interest in the BNP is at an all time high — thanks to the blanket media coverage!
