BNP Men Questioned ‘After Pressure from Muslim Police Association’
Four BNP activists from Blackburn were interviewed by police yesterday over perfectly legal leaflets after ‘internal pressure from the Muslim Police Association’ a senior police source has said.
Brian Parker, Robin Evans, Tony Bamber and Lee Karner — all hardworking BNP activists, were detained by police in Gestapo-like dawn raids yesterday, and taken to Burnley police station for ‘interviews under caution.’ They were released at 5pm yesterday and unconditionally bailed until February next year.
The leaflets which sparked off the detentions were a local one linking Muslim gangs to the heroin trade, and the BNP’s national Islam leaflet (download your own copy by clicking here).
Both leaflets are perfectly legal, having been thoroughly vetted. The local heroin leaflet was in fact already the subject of an investigation by the Crown Prosecution Service, who ruled definitively that it was legal.
The CPS’s decision not to prosecute over the leaflet — which points out the preponderance of Islamic gangs in the heroin trade and the fact that the majority of heroin comes from Pakistan and Afghanistan — did not sit well with the National Association of Muslim Police (Christians need not apply) who have instigated a renewed investigation, according to a police source.
BNP leader Nick Griffin and several dozen activists from the local area and around the country (including, but not limited to, Andrew and Peter Tierney from Liverpool, who brought their now-famous A-frame vehicle; Adam Walker and a small team from the North East; and Derek Adams from Manchester) demonstrated outside Burnley police station until late.
“We received a fantastic response from the public,” Mr Griffin said. “One member of the public stopped, found out what was going on, and, so incensed at the outrage, complained to the police and gave the BNP a £100 donation on the spot,” he said.
The BNP will, of course, fight this travesty of justice, and, just like the media coverage given to the supposed membership list “leak,” this latest attempt to demonise the party will blow back in its originators’ faces.

Surely the Moslem Police association should be grateful that the BNP is united with them to route out the criminal drug dealing element in the area. The NAMP
should now be brought to book for perverting the course of justice. They have acted in a racist fashion because the people who want drugs off the streets (which is what the police are there for no matter what their religion) are being arrested for assisting the comunity and the police.
I would hate to think that the NAMP have interetsts in the drug dealing.
I would hate further to think that because the gangs are moslem they are beyond the law and have the NAMP as their protectors.
Try the IPCC, that is what they are there for.

It’s nothing less than monstrous that British citizens can be arrested and held in a police station all day simply for distributing leaflets that say they don’t want their country to be turned into an Islamist republic. The arrests make a mockery of this so-called ‘free-speech’ democracy of ours. Is this what our brave soldiers, sailors and airmen fought two world wars for? Scandals such as this should be trumpeted to the sky by the media but as ever there’ll be only a deafening silence.
Oh yes further to my last. I wonder if us BNP memebers will now be able to claim asylum in any of the free western countries ie USA, Canada, NewZealand etc for political persecution
They, the asylum seekers, here are all supposedly facing death, arrest etc if they return to their homelands. Will the same conditions apply to us when the moslem police kick our doors open at dawn for offending the prophet?

In Burnley where I live, a good 80% of drug dealing is carried out by muslims - this is FACT and you only need to read the local papers to tell you that!

Was leafletting last night and the responses from residents was amazing.
People are seeing that it is the Labour party who are the real fascists and two life long Labour voting pensioners said they wanted to join up on the spot.
They were outraged by the way a perfectly legal political party is being treated.
Called back today giving them a little time to think and they said they were sure and didn’t care who knew they were joining!
So the Labour plan with “the list” seems to be backfiring big style.

It really is incredible that in England one can be taken into custody for distributing leaflets containing facts. It can only be blatant racists that object to these leaflets and useful fools that act on their racist attitudes.

If the police arrest someone and take them away, and it turns out that those actions were completely erroneous, surely there is room for legal action for compensation. The more they arrest in error or for malicious reasons, the more British people should fight back for compensation in the courts. This is the only way these PC police are going to learn that there is a price to pay for their Institutional Incompetance.

The very reason the leaflets are put out is because the police arn’t doing their duty, because of political correctess.

While on the subject of leaflets, could the Police please look into the fast food leaflets, that are pushed through peoples doors. It would appear these promote self harm, ill health and potentially death.

I thought we had Muslim policemen to help us get a handle on Muslim crime and terror plots more easily, not to protect the Muslim community from investigation by the police or discourage the arrest of Muslims for standard acts of criminality. We have equality watchdogs etc. to ensure that minorities are not harassed inequitably. The Muslim police were hired for their expertise on Muslim crime but all they seem to do is protect it or participate in it. Perhaps a watchdog is considered offensive to Islam and has to wear a blackout mask to match its little bootees.

NAMP should not be allowed to instigate an investigation against anyone. Our country is being dragged down to third-world status by Lib/Lab/Con politicians pandering to minorities who behave as if they are in a third-world country such as Pakistan where rival factions in institutions like the police jostle for power and corruption is endemic and almost anything goes.

Hi I live down in Exeter and my local paper the Express & Echo (Thr Nov 20) commenting on the arrests of the 4 in Burnley states that, “each of the leaflets features a harrowing photo of Miss Whitear –the photo of Rachel made national headlines after her parents agreed for it to be released to warn other youngsters of the dangers of drugs”. “The leaflet — says people should “”heap condemnation”" on Muslims and that it was time for them to “”apologise”" as it claims they are responsible for 95% of the world’s heroin trade.” The source of this info is given as the party’s website. Is the paper wrong?For when looking at the above leaflets i can’t see any photos of Rachel???

I’m not condoning Islam or Muslims but most of them haven’t a clue about how they are being used. Just like the great unwashed of the left, the Muslims will eventually realise just how big a part they played in their own downfall (they‘ve been conned before into joining Nazi SS divisions). Their leaders tell them that ‘Allah’ is forcing his will on the Kuffar, which is why Europe has gone into suicidal self-harm mode. The truth, however, is very different. Within the next 5 years there is going to be an event as big as the first two world wars. The geopolitical landscape of the world will completely change. All governments will be appointed by financiers, bankers and corporations who will, not unsurprisingly, put their interests before those of the people they’re supposed to represent. President-elect Obama’s term in office will be one of the most aggressive ever - he’s already building an administration of Neo-con ‘hawks’ every bit as belligerent as George Bush’s cohort of scum. Obama is not the saviour the ‘left’ think he will be. Being black with Muslims roots makes him the perfect front-man for the NWO’s next stage.
