The real truth is quite the opposite to what we are told. The evidence actually points to the earth cooling over the last ten years. Sooner or later they will have to admit they have been wrong as the evidence will be too obvious. All the environmental clap trap is just yet another excuse to squeeze more cash from us and make us feel guilty. Only in the U.K. can they get away with it. The extent to which our media and news is controlled is quite mind boggling. One day the people will wake up and smell the coffee.

I don’t know how many people on here have an interest in the whole climate debate but if you don’t otherwise follow it then let me tell you this:

CO2 is more or less a non-factor in long term global average temperatures. CO2 does trap some heat but the percentage amount is so small that it is an almost irrelevant gas; water vapour, argon etc are much more potent and in much greater quantities in the atmosphere.

The IPCC’s reports were based on computer models that never factored in 2 things….:

Sun output
Cloud Cover

…The 2 most important, and fundamental, influencer’s of climate variability!

And to cut a long story short, it’s just another excuse to tax us more, and control us more; Don’t fall for it.

All these taxes can be summed up in one word,which is CONTROL. They keep pushing and pushing untill something starts to give, that’s when they realise they can’t go on anymore. They will then try their luck another way, but the sheeple still keep voting for them.

They are very close to bankruptcy, when their power to con/buy votes evaporates, so do they – Ed

This is nothing new. Each and every tax this government has introduced is an attempt to pay for their insane spending policies, policies I may add, which add very little to the wellbeing of the average person in this country. The so called ‘Green’ taxes were just another not so clever way of getting the people to pay more in taxes without further damaging the government’s image.

I agree with above posts that global warming is a natural phenomenen caused by the Solar activity of the Sun, which goes through mini cycles of solar activity of about eleven years and much larger cycles that cause Ice ages, and the magnetic poles to reverse from time to time.
Making me pay for my plastic bags will make zero difference to GW.
Paying extra for my road tax and petrol will make zero difference to GW. Banning patio heaters will make zero difference to GW.
The only thing that will change global warming is the thing that causes it. The Sun.

Carbon Dioxide represents only 0.038 per cent of the atmosphere. The Carbon in fossil fuels such as coal is CO2 that was absorbed from the atmosphere by plants which then by means of photosynthesis converted the CO2 into the carbohydrates necessary for plant growth which, after millennium converted into the hydrocarbon (oil) and other carboniferous deposits we now burn. When burned some of the carbon is returned back into the atmosphere from whence it came.

You never get out more than you put in. In fact the second law of thermodynamics says quite the opposite.

People may be thick and believe this garbage, but nature is not so daft…

You’re right in what you say, when these immigrants and Muslims take over ethnic cleansing of the white native population will follow we are already totally marginalized and divided. I don’t think this is far fetched at all. Look at what happened in Bosnia in the early 1990’s, realistically with a shifting population and underlying immigration situation it could realistically happen here, or at best another Brixton race riot only this time it will engulf the whole country. Bad times ahead if action is not taken now, agreed.

As these posters say, reputable scientists who disagree with the buffoon Al Gore and his touchy-feely hand-wringers are (so far) denied the opportunity to put their case. I believe this totally non-scientific way of debate is due to change, and I hope very soon. All the blather about “carbon footprints” etc is one of a piece with the so-called liberal cause which is a further burden designed to induce guilt and impose deeper poverty on our people.

The one single positive way of improving or protecting the environment is to limit the size of the population.
This government wont restrict immigration, so the only other way that the lib/lab/cons will do this is by sending the indigenous to ‘resettlement camps’.
Far fetched? wait and see.

It’s not often I disagree with anything on the BNP website, but I have to take issue with the above statement.

The IPPC are a bunch of pseudo-scientific, politically motivated con men. Global warming is a natural phenomenon – it is not man made. CO2 is good for the planet, particularly promoting the growth of vegetation. Cash spent on combatting global warming is money down the drain. Windfarms don’t work. If you need to know the compelling arguments, and the science, take a look at ‘Scared to Death’ by Christopher Booker and Richard North or visit the website http://www.climatescience.org.nz/ (The New Zealand Climate Science Coalition) where you will find eminent scientists from around the world, including the UK’s David Bellamy, who disagree fundamentally with the idea of man-made global warming/CO2 footprints etc – and who have nothing but contempt for the IPPC and the snake oil salesman, Gore.

Unfortunately, the disgusting BBC does not report these arguments. Bellamy was effectively ostrocised from the box, once his views were known.

I see definite parallels between the New Zealand Coalition and the BNP, in that the media are aggressively blocking opinions that should be aired in a democratic society.
