Since posting the first article, our correspondent has received a reponse from the Metropolitan Police – posted, coincidentally, the very same day as the article appeared on this site!
Now read on:-
The Metropolitan Police have accepted that Searchlight’s behaviour immediately preceding the 1st May elections was RACIST, and is formally recorded as such. This refers to gratuitously offensive remarks made by Searchlight – including that of describing indigenous British people as “rats out of sewers”.
The Metropolitan Police have, however, refused to proceed with a criminal investigation.
The complainant had repeated the question first posed (rhetorically) in a courtroom by Magistrate Mr. John Milward: “What purpose can there be in [Searchlight] advertising opponents’ meetings except for the purpose of identifying them and creating disorder and public violence?”
Given the abusively racist behaviour of Searchlight during this year’s elections, this question surely requires urgent attention by the Met.
Bizarrely, however, the police are insisting that they see no evidence of ‘intent’ (to incitement of public disorder and violence) whilst refusing to offer any rational interpretation for Searchlight’s blatant and disgustingly provocative hate mongering.
Searchlight’s calculated incitement was followed, less than a week later, by Trevor Phillips (chair of The Equalities and Human Rights Commission) reportedly referring to members of the BNP as being “less than human”.
Such obnoxious and potentially terrifying behaviour follows in the tradition of Nazism and Marxism of the last century – and of the fascist theocracies and neo-Marxist regimes of this century – of ‘dealing with’ troublesome and dissenting indigenous ethnic groups, on the basis that they are more easily disposed of if seen to be “less than human”.
It is a fundamental principle of Law that everybody, without exception, should have equal access to protection and remedy under Law. However this principle does not appear to concern the many and various ‘advisory’ and ‘monitoring’ groups (such as the subversive Searchlight organisation).
These events are felt to be especially disturbing given that the Metropolitan Police have not provided any clarification regarding the relationship between themselves, and the Marxist organisation Searchlight.
We understand that a specific request was made to the Met to provide such information – which has been ignored. This raises extremely worrying issues of profound public concern with regard to relationships between agencies of The Crown and organisations that have a fundamentally seditious purpose.
