Birmingham: Electoral fraud could determine shape of City Council
April 30, 2008 by News Team

We reported earlier this week how Birmingham City Council had sent out over 56,000 postal voting slips and warned how the abuse of this Labour promoted “initiative” facilitated electoral fraud on a scale never before witnessed in mainland Britain. Today we bring you a report from one of Birmingham’s newspapers.
Quote: Election fraud driven by immigrants practising “village politics” of the Indian sub-continent could be a crucial factor in deciding the future control of Birmingham City Council, a major report warns today.
Family loyalties, the dominance of men and the existence of the “biraderi” clan system among British Asians provides perfect conditions for widespread rigging of postal votes and other electoral malpractice in Britain’s major cities, according to the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust. In a 94-page report called Purity of Elections in the UK – Causes for Concern, the trust argues that the UK’s election system is close to breaking point and at risk of fraud, as the countdown to May’s local elections gets under way.
The study says the turning point in recognising Britain has a problem with election fraud came in 2005 when a court found six Birmingham Labour Party members in Aston and Bordesley Green, all Asian men, guilty of tampering with thousands of postal ballots. Unquote.

REMEMBER – WHEREVER YOU LIVE IN GREATER LONDON, YOU CAN VOTE BNP ON THE TOP UP LIST AND MAYORAL BALLOT PAPERS
April 30, 2008 by BNP News
The Top Up list ballot paper is peach/orange-coloured. This is the part of the London election where we are in with a real chance of winning a seat - but only if every single BNP supporter in Greater London reading this makes sure to vote this Thursday. You can help us win for real Londoners by putting your cross in the box next to the British National Party name and ‘BNP’ logo right at the top of the ballot paper.
Because of the way the Proportional Representation system works, the party which wins the most seats in the Constituencies cannot win any seats on the Top Up list. Because the Conservatives always win most of the constituency seats, Tory votes in the Top Up list are completely wasted.
We also need your vote on the Mayoral ballot paper, which is salmon pink and has our candidate, Richard Barnbrook, right at the top.
We are on the constituency list (the yellow paper) only in the City & East Constituency - in other parts of the capital it’s up to you what you do with your vote on that paper. You can make a point that will be seen by everyone at the count by writing ‘BNP’ right across the ballot paper, or you can vote for another party if there is one you think deserves one of your votes.
London Election - the risk of fraud, and how you can help us stop Labour’s fiddles
With 700,000 postal ballot papers issued in London, there is no doubt that the usual mass Islamic electoral fraud - as acknowledged even by the ultra-left Joseph Rowntree Trust - in favour of Labour, Respect and the LibDems will already be in the bag.
Fortunately, this minority vote fraud cannot make much of a difference to the BNP’s chances of winning seats in the GLA Top Up ballot, as it’s the votes that we get rather than dodgy ones taken by our opponents which will decide how many seats we win.
This means that the real danger of large scale electoral fraud by Labour supporters in London is interference with the ballot boxes and BNP votes between the close of polls and the official opening of the boxes and start of the count on Friday morning.
Knowing full well how we were robbed of thousands of votes and a seat on the GLA four years ago, we have in place precautions to minimise the risk - and to maximise the chances of exposing the perpetrators if they get careless.
There are in particular three things that BNP supporters in Greater London can do:
1) Use your mobile phone to take a photograph of your Top Up list ballot paper (the peach coloured sheet with ‘British National Party’ right at the top). The photo needs to show both your cross in the BNP box, and the fact that there are no other crosses or marks of any kind anywhere else on the ballot paper.
Please keep this photo safe. If we find (as we did last time) that large numbers of genuine BNP Top Up votes have been corrupted by the subsequent addition of extra ‘votes’ for other parties, we will be insisting that those papers are put to one side. We would then put out a call on this website (so please watch this space) for people to email in their ballot paper photos. We would only have to find one single vote that we could thereby prove had been spoiled after the close of polls to expose this anti-democratic Labour fraud and thereby trigger a full-scale Electoral Commission and Police investigation.
2) We need a few more volunteers to follow ballot boxes from the polling stations to town halls, where they are to be collected and then sent on in bigger lorries (which we will also be following) to the three main counting centres. Our aim is to minimise the amount of time in which ballot boxes are unsupervised and hence vulnerable to interference by Brown Labour goons. Please call our London anti-fraud hotline on 07795820259 join our London-wide volunteer election monitoring team.
3) Finally, we hear that the far-left are planning a demonstration outside City Hall on Friday evening, in order to provide their friends in the media with images suggesting that ‘ordinary Londoners oppose the BNP’. In order to counter this, and to have a crowd of our own to celebrate what are certain to be record British National Party results, we’re asking members and supporters from all across Greater London to come - smartly and warmly dressed, and carrying Union Flags and Crosses of St. George - along to City Hall from 5.30 pm and right through the evening. All the signs are that this will be an historic occasion - don’t miss it!

Yet another perceived racist attack against our kids hushed up by the media and police!

Following our earlier report today of Asian gang violence against a 16-year old youth in Newport, Wales – which involved beating a young lad with a baseball bat, pouring petrol over him and threatening to “torch” him – one of our Northwest correspondents directs us to the story from Oldham - linked to below.
The story details how two 13-year old brothers, out delivering newspapers, were beaten and robbed by a dozen-strong gang described as “Asian”.
Once again we have a story concerning a vicious assault by an alleged “Asian” gang on individual; or small groups of English youths – NONE of which have been reported on by the national media!
Whereas “newspapers”, such as the Labour supporting Daily Mirror, are happy to work with criminals and communists to attack the BNP on behalf of the Labour Party, they have devoted not a single column inch to these perceived racist attacks on our kids!
Furthermore, the fact that we have been able to bring you four serious cases of perceived racist violence against young English lads in less than a week, suggests that racist crime directed against our kids is almost commonplace!
Is this why the media decline to report it – is this the last big unspoken truth about the immigration nightmare inflicted upon us by the Lib-Lab-Con axis of deceit and concealed by their equally corrupt friends in the Establishment media?
And, as in other cases we have brought to your attention in recent days, the local police – Greater Manchester Police in this case – haven’t even recorded the assault on their incidents/appears webpage! However, absolutely typical in our opinion, we do note that they have managed to report one alleged racist incident – that of an Asian shopkeeper who alleges that he was threatened and insulted by three young men – described as white, mixed-race and black!
You can view Greater Manchester Police’s incidents/appeals webpage here .
Meanwhile the nationally censored story from the Oldham Chronicle may be read here .

BBC Lie Machine Kicks Into Gear

Another hard hitting comment from Lee Barnes
Those who still watch the Brussels Broadcasting Corporation () news will have noticed the plethora of stories over recent days showing support for mass immigration.
The BBC even announced last night on News 24 that Wednesday April 30th would be a day focussed on immigration. Newsreader Chris Eakin said that the BBC would be dealing with the issue “across all its outlets.”
This of course does not mean that the truth about the negative consequences about the impact of mass immigration will be broadcast across all their outlets, but as those who watched the BBC news last night would have seen the BBC is instead merely broadcasting pro-immigration propaganda.
As usual the BBC are abusing their position to spew out their usual pro-immigration propaganda in order to try and influence the elections on Thursday.

Note how not one of the recent race attack cases on young Whites as publicised on the BNP website has been picked up by the BBC and broadcast on the news. This form of self censorship has reached its peak though, with the latest police investigation into Asian Muslim paedophile gangs who groom and rape young White girls for sex.
The BBC, just as the Police in Bradford do, have decided to hide the ethnic identities of the child rapists who are being investigated by the Police. Whilst dozens of young White girls and families may be at direct risk from these animals, the Police and BBC have not alerted the community about the identity of these people and thereby given parents the information to allow them to check who their children have access too.
This is a fundamental breach of the duty of care by the Police to the community they serve and also the BBC’s requirement for impartiality. Note that when White suspected sex offenders like Chris Langham and Pete Townsend were arrested their details were splashed all over the media and the BBC news.
It appears that when the victims of paedophiles are White and the attackers are Asians, Muslims or other minority groups then the identities of the attackers must be hidden from the public, and the paedophiles protected and potential victims left at risk of further attacks.
The Police and the BBC as institutions are both political puppets who are controlled by the New Labour government through their control of the purse strings.
Do not expect either the Police or the BBC to tell you the truth about what is going on in this country, because as long as the New Labour organ grinder is busy feeding them peanuts they will continue to dance like monkeys to whatever tune the government is playing.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bradford/7374398.stm
A major police inquiry is under way after a BBC investigation revealed a paedophile ring thought to be targeting schoolgirls in West Yorkshire.
One former victim said up to 50 girls, some as young as seven, were taken in vans to houses where they were forced to have sex, often with several men.
Seventeen suspected paedophiles are understood to be under investigation.
One girl, who was 12 when her ordeal began, told BBC Look North she was introduced by a school friend to a man on the internet.
She told BBC Look North that for the next three years he and 27 other men forced her to have sex almost every day.
Most of the girls are believed to be pupils at two schools in West Yorkshire and most, said the victim, now self-harm as a result of their ordeal.
She said she and her family were threatened with violence if she revealed what was going on.
“He said he would be waiting for me and he’d kill me. He threatened all my family and he knows where I live.
“He threatened to kill my Dad, he threatened to kill my Mum. He said he would kill her slow, slash her with a knife.
“He said to me ‘I will always be watching you. No matter what, remember I will always be watching you’.”
Daily Mirror: A chip off the old Maxwell block

We note this morning that the Labour supporting Daily Mirror is once again performing a “service job” on the BNP – as it does in all major elections in which Brown and his parasitic tax-eating cronies are likely to lose substantial numbers of votes to the BNP.
One would have imagined that the Daily Mirror would display a little integrity and instead of printing Labour Party propaganda as “news” attack, instead, the corruption endemic within both the Labour Party and Labour government.
Can the Daily Mirror be unaware, we wonder, that the Labour Party is literally stealing from the taxpayer, many of them Mirror readers, in claiming the artificially high rents, so often claimed by Labour MPs for constituency accommodation, which are paid directly into Labour Party coffers out of the Public Purse?
Can the Daily Mirror be unaware, we ask, of how scores of Labour MPs are ripping-off the public, including the Mirror’s own readership, to the tune on hundreds of thousands of pounds per annum, in the second-homes scandal?
No, of course not, they are fully aware of both these issues – yet they continue to prop up the most corrupt British government ever!
Furthermore, does the Daily Mirror not feel the slightest embarrassment over its close association with the Searchlight outfit, with its obvious criminal and communist associations? Clearly not – although they are careful not to mention either.
More on the Daily Mirror’s Searchlight associates may be found: here .
So why does the Daily Mirror hate the BNP so? The answer is, of course, that it is every bit part of the very same rotten British Establishment as the Labour Party!
The good news for democracy is that as the BNP continues to grow, the circulation figures of this odious Labour rag continue to fall.
Could Leeds be on course for our Quiet Revolution?
April 30, 2008 by Martin Wingfield
THE latest YouGov poll puts support for the British National Party at 4% in London and 7% in the North and Yorkshire. The pollsters freely admit that voters in general are reluctant to reveal that they will be voting for the British National Party, so it is highly likely that BNP support in these two regions could be higher.
While the media focusses its attention on London, we shall be hoping that our Quiet Revolution will make its mark in Leeds and that come May 2nd, the sole BNP councillor in the city will be joined by a colleague or two.
This was how the votes stacked up across the whole of Leeds last May.
Labour - 32.51%
Conservative - 26.82%
Liberal Democrat - 19.69%
BNP - 11.16%
Green - 3.91%
Morley Borough Independents - 2.72%
UK Independence Party - 0.90%
The British National Party fought all 33 seats, 12 months ago and this year it’s a full quota once again with a 34th BNP candidate standing in the double vacancy ward of Calverley & Farsley.
In the 18 seats listed below, BNP candidates polled over 10% of the vote last May and this is where our battleground will be this year. In six seats we came second and two of these seats, Ardsley & Robin Hood and Middleton Park, look to provide the Party with its best opportunity to gain another City councillor.
Although Kevin Meeson has a 600+ Labour majority to overcome in Middleton Park, he is very upbeat out his chances. He reports:
“The response on the doorstep has been brilliant, much better than last year. There is real anger over the Government’s stand on tax and pensions and lifelong Labour supporters are now saying they will never vote for them again.”
Although gaining councillors is one target, it is the building of the BNP vote in the city which is the main priority. With local and European Elections next year, and the possibility of a General Election in the forseeable future, the British National Party needs to establish itself as a real challenger to the three main parties in Leeds.

Another crime story blanked by the media - in the interests of “good community relations”?
April 30, 2008 by News Team
In recent days your news team has brought you examples of appalling crimes that either we or our correspondents, believe to have a racial angle and which appear to have been “blanked” by the regional and national media – presumably because these incidents portray native-Britons as victims of violent racist crime.
Perhaps the most infamous example of such media censorship is the race murder of 15-year old Kriss Donald, a Scottish lad, kidnapped, tortured and burnt to death, in arguably Britain’s worst ever race killing – which has been almost totally blanked by the national media - in the interest of “good community relations”. This case stands in sharp contrast to the maximum publicity afforded the heinous slaying of black youth Stephen Lawrence
However, in the cases we have recently reported upon there would appear to be a number of commonalities between such incidents , namely:-
1 - The victim tends to young, male, white and on his own or part of a small group..
2 - His assailants tend to be a gang – usually large and described as “Asian”.
3 - Local police incident reports either decline to report on the incident or, if they do, they omit details of ethnicity.
4 - Although the incident may be reported in the local newspaper, it seldom – if ever – is reported in the regional and national media – unlike assaults on non-native Britons..
5 - Weapons used frequently include baseball bats.
6 - The assault is notable for its excessive violence.
7 - Theft of personal possessions is often a feature.
8 - Such assaults are never labelled as “racist” – in sharp contrast to assaults on non-native Britons, which are automatically assumed to be “racist”..
Bearing these points in mind we today direct your attention to a report of a case that, as best as we can determine, has only been reported on in two local South Wales newspapers. Although the assault appears to be over a relationship with a girl, it is not clear whether any of the assailants actually knew the victim prior to the offences. We invite you to read one of these reports and to come to your own conclusion as to whether racism was a factor and why this extraordinary story was not picked up by either the regional or national media.
TWO youths were locked up after they were convicted of kidnapping a teenager, dousing him with petrol and threatening to set him alight.
Newport teens Salman Ullah, 17, and Sajid Ali, 17, were both given detention and training orders after they subjected their 16-year-old victim to, what a judge called, a “frightening and humiliating” ordeal.
The victim was “enticed” to a house in Newport, tied up, taken to a nearby derelict garage, attacked with a baseball bat and doused in petrol after which a lighter was flicked in front of him.
Ullah, an international amateur boxer, of high Cross Lane, Rogerstone, was sentenced to a detention and training order for two years at Cardiff Crown Court.
Ali, of Eton Road, Newport, was handed an 18-month detention and training order.
Both were found guilty of kidnapping, making threats to kill, and stealing the boy’s mobile phone.
A 14-year-old youth, who was a member of the gang, received a three year supervision order after his conviction for kidnapping and making threats to kill.
He was also ordered to observe a six month curfew from 7pm to 6am and to be electronically tagged.
Prosecutor Michael Mather Lees said the three took part in a premeditated plan after Ullah’s girlfriend had formed an association with the victim, something Ullah didn’t like.
He was lured to a house in Newport, where there was allegedly a party, before his ordeal began.
At one point he was told he was going to be taken to a cemetery where he would die.
During the ordeal Ullah repeatedly shouted at the petrified man “how far have you gone with her?”
He was also told that he would be killed if he told anyone what had happened. The three denied being involved.
Judge William Gaskell, who lifted an order which had prevented Ullah and Ali being identified, told Ullah: “You could not take it that your girlfriend dumped you and you decided to take revenge on the victim, frightening and humiliating him. You were the instigator of the offences.”
Tracey Lloyd-Nesling, for Ullah, said he was a youth of previous good behaviour.
“He is remorseful and these proceedings have made an impact upon him,” she added.
Claire Pickthall, for Ali had learned a significant lesson.
Nicholas Gareth Jones, for the 14-year-old, said his involvement was very much out of character.

SHARP PRACTICE FROM TWEEDLERED AND TWEEDLEBLUE

LABOUR DIRTY TRICKS - A WARNING FROM HALIFAX
Labour party crooks in Halifax have stooped to a new low in Halifax during this election. Elderly voters in our best areas in the town are receiving telephone calls from people asking who they are voting for. Those who reply “the BNP” are then being offered lifts to the polls on Thursday and, if they take up the offer, are duly told what time a “BNP car” will come and collect them.
But it’s a vicious Labour trick! Local British National Party activists are planning to ferry a fair few voters to the polling stations, but that is something being organised in response to telephone calls from residents to numbers printed on the last BNP leaflet of the campaign. The ‘lifts’ offered by the mystery callers, however, are a different matter - a cruel hoax directed at some of the most vulnerable members of the electorate.
The clear plan of the Labour organisers of this scam is that the expected lifts will never materialise, and that this failure will leave our supporters annoyed at “the BNP” for letting them down. Council seats are often won or lost by a mere handful of votes, so half a dozen angry pensioners could make all the difference and allow Labour to cling on to crucial seats that they would otherwise lose. Even the virulently anti-BNP Joseph Rowntree Trust now admits that there is massive fraud in a postal vote system specifically designed to help Labour hold back the BNP challenge. But this new and utterly disgusting trick shows that Brown Labour are willing to trick individual voters in a way that no other political party in the country would even dream of doing.
All BNP branches with serious hopes in Labour seats must be on guard against this vicious deceit, and - if the trick is being used, either warn electors in a last minute leaflet or, at the very least, use loudspeaker cars to warn voters of just how shockingly low Labour supporters are sinking.
TORY CON-MEN AT WORK IN LEICESTERSHIRE
The Conservative-controlled County Council in Leicestershire, together with several Tory MPs, are all of a flutter over the proposed Co-op-backed ‘Eco-town’ building development at Penbury. They know that some voters back the idea, while many fear for their local greenbelt and oppose it. They also reckon that the social housing element of the proposal would import enough Labour voters into the area to upset the local electoral applecart. But with mixed messages coming from local people, they don’t know which way to jump in order to get the most public support.
This is why Alan Duncan and various other Tory bigwigs have spent today in the area, issuing fatuous calls for an ‘inquiry’. This would cost a fortune and be dominated by the developers and their friends in any case. Plus, at the end of the charade, it would still only have been an inquiry, with no binding power over local or national government in terms of whether the development should go ahead or not.
The BNP, by contrast, has a simple, virtually cost-free answer to the Penbury question - and indeed to every other such ‘Eco-town’ proposal in the country: These decisions should be taken out of the hands of politicians who may well be in bed with developers, and most certainly should not be made by a national government which is hell-bent on concreting over our countryside in order to make space for millions of immigrants they plan - for ideological reasons - to let into one of the most overcrowded countries in the world. The BNP answer is for the areas that would be affected by such developments to hold LOCAL REFERENDA VOTES. “Let the people decide” isn’t just an empty slogan, the mechanism for calling such ballots already exists and is easily set in motion.
It’s something that BNP parish and town councillors in particular are very well positioned to take up - just another reason why Tory local government Minister Eric Pickles is so fanatically anti-BNP. Give the Peasants a say in the future of the country, Good Heavens, Eric, old boy, where would it end?
Switched on Tory voters plan to vote BNP!

“I’m a Conservative voter, but I’m going to vote for your party in the Top Up list so as to keep out Labour and the minority leftist parties.”With millions of Londoners now studying their ‘How to vote’ Mayoral elections booklet - complete with the election addresses of all the candidates, including the BNP’s Richard Barnbrook - our telephone enquiry lines are getting a lot of calls along the lines of the one above.
Politically astute Tory voters (to be honest, they can’t be that astute, or they wouldn’t keep voting for Cameron’s LabourLite brand, but these things are relative) understand that the Conservative party will win so many seats in the first past the post contests in London that their chances of winning any seats in the Top Up list are literally zero.
Even last time around, when Labour were nowhere near as unpopular as now, the Tories took nine of the fourteen first past the post seats. This meant that that their votes on the Top Up ballot papers were discounted under the Proportional Representation system used to decide who wins Top Up seats. With Brown being so utterly loathed by such vast swathes of over-taxed english voters, the same is certain to happen this time.
So a Conservative vote on the Top Up list is an utterly wasted vote, which could easily let in a high-taxing LeftList Assembly Member. Which is why we’re hearing from significant numbers of die-hard Tories who are nevertheless voting BNP rather than Conservative on the Top Up ballot paper.
“I’d far rather see a BNP man in the Assembly than have another car-hating, tax-grabbing, pro-Muslim Marxist crank like that ghastly Linsey German woman elected. As that’s the choice, there’s no choice, I’m voting for you,” was how another caller put it yesterday.
We ask other habitual Conservative voters reading this to do the same. It’s simple for Tories:
Vote Barnbrook and Johnson on the Mayoral ballot where you have two votes anywhere; vote for your party’s candidate on the constituency list (except in City and East, where we’d rather everyone votes for our Bob Bailey), and vote British National Party at the head of the Top Up ballot paper and help us to beat the far-left to a Top Up seat.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US WIN IN LONDON
With Thursday’s all-important London Mayoral and Assembly Elections nearly on us, we’re asking every reader to help us in two simple ways:
1) Copy this text into your email programme where you would usually have a signature, so that every email you send is raising awareness of the BNP challenge to the out-of-touch politicians:
“*** On May 1st the BNP have a great chance to win in London Assembly and local council elections. You can help secure a voice for people like us. You can make your vote count - visit www.bnp.org.uk and see why so many people like us are voting BNP!*** ”
2) Send a text to everyone you know in London:
*** We’re all voting BNP on May 1st. Help us get our London back by passing this on.***
The National Radio Broadcast We Didn’t Get
April 29, 2008 by News Team
Filed under National News, Nick Griffin
Although all the serious parties were given radio broadcasts for the London Mayoral election this year, the BBC’s rules on Party Political Broadcasts meant that no parties were given any radio broadcast time for the rest of the country.
If we had been entitled to any radio airtime, of course, we would have had to decide what subject to cover in our five minutes. In London, this was obvious – we needed a broadcast which might get noticed by the media (and, indeed, our use of the Lord’s Prayer did get a mention on primetime London radio just this evening) and which would encourage ‘ordinary’ Londoners to think more carefully and favourable about the BNP and to vote for us.
But in the country as a whole, with vast swathes not even having elections this year, and with BBC Radio 4 having a fairly liberal, middle class listener profile, a direct appeal for votes would have had less of an effect that a broadcast simply intended to cause a degree of cognitive dissonance in the average listener. The aim would have been a longer term one than scrabbling for a few extra votes this time around – better instead to implant in even somewhat hostile listeners’ minds the seed of an idea that “the BNP aren’t just a one-trick pony; in fact they were telling us about problems which affect us directly now even before we’d even heard of them elsewhere.”
For this reason, the draft (and hence slightly overlength) national radio broadcast for this year focused on raising awareness of the issue of Peak Oil, and connecting the urgent national need to prepare for this epoch-changing challenge with a more current middle class preoccupation – the ongoing property crash and the Government’s willingness to bail out their big bankster friends, while seeing ordinary families thrown to the financial wolves.
We think the resulting broadcast would have made more than a few thoroughly serious people – perhaps even including some media commentators – begin to reassess their opinion of the British National Party. There is certainly no doubt that the connection between soaring energy prices and peak production is finally being made with increasing clarity. As the pain from this historic change really begins to bite, many more people will remember where they first heard not only about the problem, but also the nearest to a solution that we’re going to get – from the far-sighted, long-termist British National Party.

Why Labour loves postal voting
April 29, 2008 by News Team

The following story comes from the Oldham Chronicle and perhaps provides a hint as to why Labour is so fond of postal voting.
Around 100 Polish workers have been registered for postal votes without their knowledge.
This year there have been around 20,000 postal vote applications in Oldham — up 3,000 on last year.
A meeting between the Chief Supt Caroline Ball, borough solicitor Aileen Johnson and chief executive Andrew Kilburn heard that elections staff are checking every postal ballot and have rejected many.
All the candidates and agents in the Alexandra, Medlock Vale and St Mary’s wards were summoned to the head-to-head talks on Friday.
Chief Supt Caroline Ball cited examples of bad behaviour and demanded they stop.
Oldham’s expert police election fraud officer, Sgt Terry Broome, outlined how postmen were being followed to see where vote packs were being delivered.
In Alexandra, around 150 Polish workers were registered for postal votes even though few of them speak English or know anything about postal voting.
A 28-year-old Oldham man has been arrested over allegations that he offered his own postal vote to a resident after three were collected from a house in Oldham when the householder was out and only his children were in.
Police have confirmed the arrest on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud and personation in connection with postal voting.
Today Joe Fitzpatrick, a Labour agent who was at the meeting, said: “I challenged them that this will go on until more resources are allocated and the police start arresting people.
“This would not be so easy if we had a proper check on the register and it is time all parties took this matter seriously and stopped making it (postal vote fraud) so easy. It is so simple to fiddle.”
Rules were relaxed in 2001. Previously people were only allowed postal votes in case of sickness or an inability to get to the polling station.
There have been concerns about the integrity of the ballot ever since. Postal vote applications quadrupled in Oldham for the 2005 general election, and at the 2003 local elections police investigated why hundreds of votes were sent from a single address.
We can’t understand the Labour agent’s claimed concern! After all, in the majority of cases that have so far come before the courts, it is the Labour Party that has been the main beneficiary of organised electoral fraud - isn’t that why they promoted it so enthusiastically?
Daily Mail Gutter Press

The sanctimonious Daily Mail is now no more than another scandal sheet of the UK’s gutter press.
On page three of today’s edition it gives the whole page to pictures of a bikini clad Princess Beatrice on holiday with her boyfriend, and seeks to draw a parallel between them and the infamous photo of her mother, ‘Fergie’ having her foot kissed all of 16 years ago.
On page 5 most of the page is given over to ghoulish reporting of the tragic ‘Madeleine McCann saga.
On page 9 you can read all about how ‘Cher fell for Tom Cruise, and, ‘What women want: A husband by 25.
Various other items of trivia follow, including a a double page spread entitled ‘Confessions of a Love Addict’ (they mean ‘confessions of a woman with no modicum of self control or self respect’).
And on pages 22 - 23, you get to the most blatant smear job on the private life of Richard Barnbrook, BNP candidate for the London mayoral election, and lead candidate in the elections for the London Assembly!
Read on to get a critique of this scurrilous article from our very own, Lee Barnes:

In today’s Daily Mail is one of the most asinine examples of journalism I have seen for years. Ostensibly an attack upon Richard Barnbrook, it is in fact a devastating indictment of a newspaper that has sold out its principles and degenerated into becoming merely a propaganda mouthpiece for the Tories.
Once the British media had journalists of wit, wisdom and conviction who wrote articles and reports that changed history and who campaigned on issues the public cared about, now it appears that the role of the media and journalists is to print facile propaganda to bolster public support for the puppet political parties they pimp out to the masses.
There are few things more despicable than a journalist setting out to use a persons ex-spouse and family against them. A journalist contacting a serving police officer for an interview about their ex-spouse carries with it an sinister implication, that a refusal to give them an interview would lead to the media ‘outing’ them and thereby damaging their career. Such actions are not responsible journalism, it is the journalism of the gutter press.
In this article the writer calls the BNP a ‘neo-fascist party’.
This is indicative of either the prejudice of the writer or the fact that they are simply incapable of understanding politics and history. Be they either dullards or scoundrels, it appears that for journalists on the Daily Mail any rubbish can be printed by the paper as long as it assists the Tories in an election. So much for a free press that operates in the public interest.
For the benefit of the journalist Richard Pendlebury whose article is also filled with lies and falsehoods provided to him by the Communist Searchlight organisation here is an explanation of why Ken Livingstone is the only fascist standing in the London elections ;
A few weeks ago in the Daily Mail journalist Quentin Letts (who happens to have intelligence, talent and wit ) wrote this about the differences between Boris the Clown and Red Ken;
” And he promises to be far more miserly with taxpayers’ money, putting a stop to the minority gravy-train seen under Red Ken. That may explain the antagonism from a black community whose grandees have, in certain cases, been enriched alarmingly by Ken’s handouts. ”
Here Quentin Letts picks out exactly why Ken Livingstone is a Multi-Cultural Fascist.
The principle of Red Ken’s Fascism is based on him bribing enough ethnic minority groups to buy his way into power by buying their votes.
Each ethnic community voting bloc in London is the equivalent of one of the rods around the axe as in the symbol of fascism, the Fasces.
The word fasces means “bundle” and refers to the fact that it is a bundle of rods, which surrounds an axe in the middle. Red Ken is symbolised by the axe that is tied to a bundle of rods. On their own the rods (ethnic voting blocs) mean nothing, but add them all together and they can win you an election.
This is how Red Ken’s Multi-Cultural Fascism operates - he bribes enough ethnic minority communities with vast amounts of tax payers money to ensure that he is always elected into power. He surrounds himself with these small groups of ethnic minorities and then accumulates enough support from those communities to get voted into power.
This is why Red Ken is always willing to promise to fund a mosque, or pour millions into dodgy Black businesses or pander to Islamist extremists like Yusuf Al Qaradawi, as he knows that by doing so he will win the support of those ethnic communities.
In fact the ONLY community that Red Ken doesnt need or care about is the White, Indigenous British people of London. He doesnt want or need our vote as the ethnic minority groups he bribes with public money have enough votes to get him elected into power.
It is ironic that whilst Red Ken bangs on all the time about ‘fighting fascism’ he is in fact the most succesful fascist in British history.
Unfortunately most journalists, are too thick to understand either Red Ken’s fascist methodology or the meaning of true fascism when they encounter it.
Instead they talk about fascism without ever recognising it when it is straight in front of them.
May I suggest Mr Richard Pendlebury needs to learn a little more about modern history before calling anyone a fascist. He’s certainly not old enough to have ever met a real one!
Clearly there must be real fear walking the corridors of power about a very probable BNP breakthrough in the outer suburbs on Thursday for this sewer level report to have been printed - less than 48 hours before the vote takes place.
Prove those fears well founded by voting

Huddersfield: Is this another race hate crime ignored by the media?

According to the one and only news report we have so far been able to find – the only one we are ever likely to find, in our opinion:-
A 15-strong gang attacked a young man after chasing him for almost half-a-mile. The 19-year-old was walking down Manchester Road, Thornton Lodge, at 9.30pm on Saturday to meet his girlfriend when he saw the gang standing on a grass verge on St Thomas’ Road.
They started to chase him and he fled along Manchester Road and then up steps next to St Thomas’ Church at Longroyd Bridge to Water Street in Springwood.
The gang cornered him in a garden there and beat him with baseball bats and pieces of wood.
He was left badly bruised and needed treatment at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
Det Con Russ Conlon, from Kirklees CID intelligence unit, said: “This was a motiveless attack.
“We would urge anyone who saw this gang hanging around, chasing the victim or the attack itself to come forward.’’
All the attackers are young Asian men and there were about 15 of them. The ringleader is aged about 20, 5ft 8in tall and slim. He wore a plain grey hooded top.
The question we would like an answer to is whether this is yet another race hate attack perpetrated against a native Briton that the national and regional media, as is almost always the case, have chosen to censor?
We have attempted to glean further information from the incidents/appeals section of West Yorkshire Police’s website – where significant incidents are usually recorded - but guess what? The story, as at 11:30 this morning – three days after the assault – has not appeared!
Your news team will be seeking further information on this incident, which follows less than a week after a youth was forced to strip naked by a gang of men described as “Asian” – before being robbed, beaten and having dogs set on him – just a few miles from Huddersfield, in nearby Bradford.
Welcome to the Britain that the Lib-Lab-Con axis of deceit have built and the media do their best to conceal!

Labour: Minarets for votes?
April 29, 2008 by News Team

A few days ago we learnt how Labour intends doing all it can to assist the Brick Lane mosque, in the East End of London, raise some £3 million for a major “makeover” - possibly part-funded through public grant money. One aspect of this project is the addition of a minaret. On the face of it there is a rather obvious problem – the 350 year-old former church is a Grade II listed building – meaning that ordinarily getting planning permission would be extremely difficult. However, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, a borough in which native Britons are a declining minority, is Labour controlled – so anything is possible!
We also learnt yesterday of the claim that some Muslims in London were distributing material, written in Bengali, urging support for Labour’s candidate – Ken Livingstone. The leaflet was allegedly produced by the British Muslim Initiative, whose offshoot, Muslims 4 Ken, was recently exposed by the London Evening Standard as involving a declared supporter of suicide bombing. It carries no imprint for a printer as required by electoral law – not that the Metropolitan Police is likely to take action in any event!
In addition, it is further alleged in the media that pro-Labour literature has been produced that promises immigrants good jobs operating taxis and driving buses – presumably in return for their votes! None of which is legal – none of which will be investigated by the police!
It is also evident that Labour’s campaign in London is making much effort to secure the massive Muslim block vote – which is why, presumably, Ken Livingstone is visiting mosques and why Labour are currently so keen to be seen in Islamic circles as promising to support various Islamic projects in the capital and beyond.
It is public knowledge that Labour intends doing all it can to assist the Brick Lane mosque in raising the funds it needs but, we ask, what else has Labour promised that we currently don’t know about?
Dudley - a cauldron of possibilities
April 29, 2008 by Martin Wingfield

PUTTING aside any party allegiances, the local elections in Dudley this year provide a fascinating political battleground with a whole host of possible results on the table.
For the British National Party the opportunities are there, but much depends on the performance of our two main opponents, Labour and UKIP, the latter which in recent years has established Dudley as something of a stronghold.
Last year Labour received a boost from the huge anti-BNP campaign run by the Trade Unions which helped shore up its vote across the Black Country and probably deterred some of our potential supporters from going to the polls. UKIP last year in Dudley fought its best local election campaign in the country and polled the sort of votes that this huge effort deserved.
But this year things are very different. Labour is even less popular with the electorate than it was last year and there has been nothing like the anti-BNP campaign of 12 months ago to come to its rescue. UKIP has had a disastrous year and its election results have plummeted to an all-time low, so although the local UKIP organisation in Dudley is still one of its best in the country, it will struggle to achieve last year’s level of support. Add to all this the Tories rise in the national opinion polls and the collapse of the Lib-Dems in Dudley and you have a cauldron of possibilities that could provide a variety of results.
Simon Darby, the British National Party’s Deputy Chairman and Press Officer was campaigning in Dudley yesterday and reported on his website:
“Talking to people today, many of whom recognised me, there was a common theme - an absolute detestation of the Labour Party and bitter complaints about the cost of living. During the day in fact I noticed two repossession notices posted rather coldly in front windows as it becomes obvious that people are starting to feel the pinch.”
Simon spoke with Black Country organiser Ken Griffiths who is standing in Coseley East. He readily admits that his small team in Dudley are stretched to the limit trying to capitalise on the opportunities that might be on offer and this is something else that must be taken on board when working out the possible outcome here.
This agonising about “what might happen” is what election analysis is all about and I can’t help but be drawn is drawn to the fact that last year the combined BNP and UKIP vote in Brockmoor & Pensnett, St James and Upper Gornel & Woodsetton would have been enough to secure victory. Two of these seats were held by Labour and with its support on the slide and many UKIP votes almost certainly destined for the BNP, this has to provide us with our best opportunity.

Newcastle: Labour “celebs” slither forth!
April 28, 2008 by News Team

Isn’t it typical! Every time the BNP puts forward candidates in elections and plays its part in the democratic process, all sorts of creatures - who owe their existence to the corrupt establishment and who never stand for election themselves - slither forth from beneath their cosy socialist stones!
Today we learn that “football rivals Sunderland and Newcastle have joined forces to urge fans to keep the British National Party (BNP) out of the North-East in this week’s local elections.
They are joined in the campaign by the Bishop of Durham, ex-Eastenders actor Ross Kemp,as well as GPs, members of clergy and grassroots sports leaders.
The far-right party has put up 13 candidates for election to South Tyneside Council at the May 1 elections.”
So what have these overpaid pampered minor “celebs” in common with ordinary working people? Very little it would appear - which is why they are treated with the contempt they deserve!

Guess What - There’s an election!
by Lee Barnes
You can always tell when an election is about to occur as the previously taboo topic of immigration suddenly becomes one of the most debated issues of the day.
Over the weekend we have had the Leninist and Labour party appointee, Trevor Phillips, suddenly remember that poor, White, working class children exist in the UK and that Whites have rights as well as immigrants and ethnic minorities, and now today, we even have Nick Clegg of the Lib Dems talking about the impact immigration is having on schools and education!
Every election time the Establishment political parties and the parasites of the Race Relations Industry all seek to try and minimise support for the BNP by the use of of two well established tactics.
The first is to get local newspapers under the control of the Murdoch media empire and the NUJ to print lies, attacks and pure propaganda against the BNP in order to try and undermine local BNP support. The second tactic is to use the mass media and the tabloid newspapers to print articles that supposedly prove how much the politicians that have created the immigration crisis really ‘care’ about you and want to help solve the immigration that crisis they themselves have created.
Yes, they really do think you are that stupid.
They really do think that you are unable to remember that it was these same hand wringing establishment parties and politicians that created the immigration problem in the first place. For the Lib Dems to suddenly start talking about the problems of immigration when they have for years been one of the most vociferous supporters of mass immigration, and the first to call anyone who criticised the ‘open door policy’ of successive British governments as ‘racists’ is the most sickening hypocrisy.
Nick Clegg is correct in his analysis of the impact of mass immigration on education, but the fact he has chosen to initiate this debate in the week before elections is a sign of the utter cynicism and hypocrisy of the man and the party he runs.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2008/04/28/nschools328.xml
Rising immigration is putting pressure on schools and undermining education standards, Nick Clegg, the Liberal Democrat leader, warns today.
Mr Clegg says an influx of children who do not speak English is hampering the work of teachers and proves that ministers failed to plan for current levels of migration.
#
“We must acknowledge that rising migration is putting pressure on schools at all levels,” he will say.
Mr Clegg’s comments mark his party’s strongest criticism of Labour’s open-door immigration policy, and may spark speculation that he is moving to the Right.
In a speech to the 4Children conference in London today, Mr Clegg will reveal figures showing that nearly 800,000 pupils - 12 per cent of the total - are registered as having a first language other than English.
That marks a 60 per cent rise since Labour came to power in 1997. The Daily Telegraph revealed in December that children with English as their first language were now in the minority in more than 1,300 schools.
Don’t fall the spin, forget the words, look at the actions! The actions Lib/Lab/Con-artists prove where they really stand!

Defending The British Constitution
by Lee Barnes

One of the defining features of the New Labour government since it has been in power has been the constant attacks on our ancestral rights and liberties as enshrined in the British Constitution.
The British constitution is the set of laws and legal principles that regulate how a country is governed and that ensure that the government acts at all times within the rule of law. The British Constitution ensures that the government serves the people, and not that the people serve the government.

These legal rules and laws are contained in documents such as Magna Carta (1215), The Petition of Rights 1628, Habeus Corpus Act 1679, the Bill of Rights 1689, the Act of Settlement 1701, the Act of Union 1707 and the Act of Union 1800.
The two main features of the British Constitution are the Rule of Law and the Supremacy of Parliament.
The Rule of Law requires that the rights of individuals are determined by legal rules and not the arbitrary behaviour of authorities. The Supremacy of Parliament ensures that Parliament can pass, repeal and alter any of Britain’s laws.
Both of these principles have in recent years been denuded and undermined. The Labour government has surrendered legislative power to supra-national institutions such as the European Union thereby undermining the supremacy of Parliament and at the same time the government has undermined the Rule of Law by allowing Judges to use the European Convention of Human Rights in order to strike down laws passed by Parliament.
Bodies such as the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice now also have the power to challenge and change British laws and simply bypass Parliament.
The BNP believe that the restoration of the powers of the British Constitution as an active principle both in politics and the law is the basis of a healthy democracy. If the government can ignore the laws and rules of the British Constitution then we are all at risk. The rights and liberties as enshrined in the British Constitution were rights and liberties that our ancestors fought and died for. They were hard gained but are easily lost.
The elections that are coming up are more than just about local issues. They are also about the future of the British nation and the British Constitution itself.
The BNP believe that instead of spending hundreds of millions of pounds on promoting multi-culturalism and homosexuality in schools and society, that money should go on educating the British people about their constitutional rights and liberties.
We believe that politicians, civil servants, judges and police officers should be made to take an oath of loyalty to uphold the British Constitution before they are allowed to take office.
We believe that British citizens should be able to challenge in court any legislation passed by Parliament, any laws imposed by the EU or any legal judgements decided by judges that conflict with the rights and liberties enshrined within the British Constitution itself.
We believe that all those laws that have been passed by successive British governments that have undermined the British Constitution and our ancestral rights and liberties should be removed from the statute books.
Laws that have been passed by previous Parliaments that have undermined fundamental rights and liberties enshrined in the British Constitution we believe are unlawful.
The Supremacy of Parliament does not allow Parliament to surrender or remove OUR constitutionally protected rights and liberties. Parliament may add to those rights and liberties, but it may not ever take them away.
This election is about the future of Britain.
A vote for the establishment parties is a vote for tyranny, the removal of our constitutional rights and liberties and a slow drift into slavery to the EU and a judicial dictatorship.
A vote for the BNP is a return to liberty.
A vote for the BNP is a vote for the empowerment of the British Constitution, a return to free speech and the return of our ancestral rights and liberties that have been stolen away from us by successive governments.
A vote for the BNP is about restoring power back to the people.
If you care about the future of this country and the future for our children, then you must vote BNP.

MPs consider themselves too good for ordinary tap water!
April 28, 2008 by News Team
Regular visitors to this site will be only too aware of why a growing number of people believe you’ll find more honesty and integrity in a prison, than you will find in the House of Commons.
By now most of us will be only too aware of how Parliamentary parasites abuse Parliamentary Privilege to line their pockets to the tune of tens of thousands of pounds each per year. We have, for instance, the example of a hundred plus MPs, past and present, representing constituencies within both Greater London and the SE England commuter belt, who claim huge sums of taxpayers’ money to fund the purchase of second homes. These MPs would have us believe that the distance between their constituencies and central London, a journey undertaken by hundreds of thousands of commuters every working day, is so great as to justify the taxpayer having to help purchase a second home for them! This situation would, perhaps, be tolerable if the claimant MPs repaid this money – in excess of one hundred thousand pounds in some cases – to the taxpayer when later selling the property. But, of course, such people are governed by greed and they pocket the proceeds from such sales down to the very last penny!
And, as has been revealed even more recently, we have the example of the Labour and Tory Parties directly involved in scamming the public! The “Old Gang” parties benefiting to the tune of hundreds of thousands of pounds each annually through a blatant rental scam. This involves the Labour and Tory parties, in particular, providing constituency offices to their local MPs at a deliberately inflated rent. MPs frequently accept such accommodation, often a room in their local constituency headquarters, at the rent dictated – even though similar office accommodation is available at substantially lower rents in the same neighbourhood! Under Parliamentary rules MPs do not pay the rent on such offices you see! Instead they are allowed to have their constituency office rents paid from the Public Purse (i.e. YOU - the tax payer), directly to the landlord – the Tory and Labour Parties in a great many cases! Between them, it is estimated, the Labour and Tory parties benefit to the tune of over a million pounds annually from the ripping off of the taxpayer! Quite why the police have not taken an interest in such activities remains a mystery!
And, only last month, we were informed that in a bid to prevent public disclosure of the dubious expenses and allowances claiming antics of hundreds of MPs past and present, that the House of Commons are to appeal to the High Court to make such disclosures exempt within the Freedom of Information Act. Additionally, around that time, The House was also reported to be engaged in a major paper shredding exercise - having the purpose of disposing of all expenses and allowances claims clutter prior to 2004!
Furthermore, although both Gordon Brown and David Cameron both claim to have nothing to hide as far as their expenses and allowances claiming is concerned – both have claimed/are claiming - for second homes. Yet neither has set an example to their respective parties by publishing into the public domain full details of their claims on OUR money! Why is that we wonder?
However, one glimmer of hope from last month, was the news that the House of Commons intended to hold an “in-house” enquiry into MPs expenses and allowances claiming – a situation that some understandably consider to be nothing more than “an exercise in whitewashing”! This being particularly so when you consider the backgrounds of some of those said to be involved in this “investigation”! And, just to show a little good faith, and to demonstrate their awareness of growing public resentment – they announced that they intended to save the public around seventy thousand pounds per year by banning the provision of bottled drinking water to MPs and their staff in The House - insisting that only the tap water – as drunk daily by millions of Londoners – was to be provided!
Guess what!
According to the London media that decision has now been overturned for it appears that although ordinary drinking water may be good enough for the plebs of London, it certainly isn’t good enough for our Lib-Lab-Con MPs. One such media report begins:
“In a decision that flies in the face of environmental advice, the Commons authorities are clinging to bottled mineral water “on cost and hygiene grounds”.
A committee decreed that bottled water was cheaper to serve - even though mains water does not cost a penny. And despite London tap water being praised for its quality, the MPs deemed it risky to use carafes at meetings.
The Commons reviewed its drinking water supplies after the Standard’s successful Water on Tap campaign was launched to remove the stigma when diners ask for it in restaurants.”
The full story may be read: here .
Yet despite their daily thieving from the taxpayer and their clear unbridled contempt for the public, representatives of the corrupt Establishment parties are standing all over England and Wales this Thursday for election! Are you going to reward these parasite parties by voting for them?
