Which Faith does our Church defend?

It seems incredible to us that those leaders of the Christian Church here in Britain so determined to appease Islam in our country, appear so apparently ignorant of the suffering of their co-religionists in the Serbian province of Kosovo!

Are they not aware, for instance, that since KFOR took responsibility for the province that around two hundred Christian churches, monasteries, shrines and other sites of worship have been systematically destroyed or otherwise desecrate, in what can only be seen as an organised campaign of cultural cleansing?

Can they really be unaware that quite apart from the great many Christians who have been murdered, raped, robbed and mutilated over the last nine years, that hundreds of thousands more have been driven from their homes and forced to flee for their lives by the adherents of the very religion that they go to such lengths to defend? Many would regard this as ethnic cleansing!

Do they seriously believe that Kosovo marks the end of Islamic expansion in Europe and are truly ignorant of Islamicist designs on adjoining areas of Serbia and Macedonia – both having very significant Islamic communities?

Do they really believe there will ever be peace in the Balkans whilst there are those amongst the Religion of “Piece” who, because of “recognition”, will now be encouraged to seek another piece of Serbia, another piece of Macedonia, another piece of Bosnia, another piece of Montenegro etc?

Is our Church, here in Britain, led by fools, ignoramuses or merely third-columnists?

I seriously doubt that the Church of England has been penetrated by Islamic fundamentalists as some grassroots BNP members and supporters tell me. The Church of England is run by out of touch bleeding heart liberal lefties and third world obsessives and has been for over 20 years.

I have longed campaigned for the abolition of the privileged status of the Church of England resulting in the separation of the Church and state and the creation of an independent church. Rowan William’s truly unbelievable remark about Sharia law was the final straw for me, and I will find it vexing if the BNP wishes to support and reform the Church of England.

No offence to any decent patriotic members of the Church of England, but I suspect that nearly 90% of regular Sunday congregations are out of sync with what is happening in Britain and the world which is why there hasn’t been a major backlash against Rowan Williams from within.

My stance is that the BNP must be a non-sectarian party committed to freedom of religious belief without fear of persecution, and the opposition of religious extremism.

All of our, for lack of a better word, people we are supposed to look up to, are politicised! Washed with the brush that scrubbed the sixties! These people who were educated in the Uni’s of then, who drank with the cliques of then, who smoked the THEN, carried on through their lives with the THEN in their minds. We are, as always, living the dream of youth, a youth from another time. Perhaps an evolved one, but one all the same.
The Church of England cannot change at a whim, what it may have protected for centuries without disillusionment from its followers.

Over the past few years I, as a basic simpleton, have become increasingly bewildered by the speeches and other manifestations by leading lights in the Christian Church of England. To my simple mind, based on what I was taught many years ago, the mission of a Christian clergyman, be he humble rector or archbishop, is simply to propagate the word of God, and specifically, and most importantly, the word of Jesus Christ.
But here we have a succession of clergy appeasing an alien religion, and denying attacks on Christianity. We have the primate of the Church of England proposing Sharia Law in a nation founded on Christian moral and ethical principles. We have the Archbishop of York taking out a full page advertisement advising people not to vote for the BNP (a flagrant departure from his mission if ever there was one).
What about the Crown? The Monarch is constitutionally the “defender of the faith”, yet we have “he who would be king” spouting off about being the “defender of all faiths”.
Something needs sorting out here … and pronto. Basically we need restoration of our belief system - we need someone to believe and this is not forthcoming from the Christian C of E.

I don’t doubt everything you report as correct, but is it relevant? Religion is the enemy; Christianity is simply a more enlightened form, but it is still part of the problem. Islam as the Chairman rightly pointed out, is a “wicked and vicious faith” and we in Britain must fight it with the same ferocity and determination as we fought the Nazis.

Christianity, like most religions but not Islam, was and still is a means of explaining the unexplainable to the ignorant masses but we live in more enlightened times and the “logic” that binds the Christian dogma is being challenged on a daily basis by the more educated minds of science and reason. This process is accelerating apace and while ignorance will always be with us Christianity will, in time, become as relevant as the Druids are today. However if Islam were to win the basis of their philosophy would condemn human kind to a new dark age for many centuries.

Thank God for the BBC. At least from the perspective of our so called ”Christian leaders” Not a single mention of this ethno-religious cleansing. Still, who in power cares about a far off country, when the same is happening here, by government encouragement, eh?

I certainly have never heard of a British clergyman coming out and condemning the cultural and ethnic cleansing of Christians in Kosovo. I have heard of them “coming out” (from the closet) and singing the praises of Islam. Perhaps there is a direct correlation between Church “leadership” and empty churches - I rather suspect there is.

Now that Islam has Kosovo their next target will be the southern part of what is now Serbia and NW Macedonia. I can see nothing but trouble coming from this part of the world. And I also agree that the EU/US recognition of Kosovo will have given the Muslims encouragement to build their greater Albania.

Scorpio expresses a view that I once very strongly held - but not now and not on your life. I am not sure if Scorpio is suggesting that we embrace Atheism but if we do, then Britain would quickly and inevitably become an Islamic State of Europe. Being Christian is not (just) about believing in a Supreme Being but much more importantly about what you believe in and stand for. That’s what makes a Country what it really is. The going to Church bit is, I suppose, an outward expression of this belief and entirely optional. Some very good and charitable people never set foot in a Church but are very Christian in their attitude and outlook.

I think we in Britain have a stark choice. Support the Churches in some way, or the Christian values they (are supposed to) stand for, or watch with increasing horror as this Country is taken over piecemeal by the darkest religious forces this planet has ever known.

The leaders of the Church of England are perfectly aware of what is happening in Kosovo. Their failure to speak out is just another example of weak hand-wringing non leadership which we have come to expect from this bunch of inadequates. They are desperate to avoid saying anything which might offend; particularly anything which might offend Muslims, of whom they are afraid.

Which faith does our church defend? That is the question. Whilst traveling throughout our country one cannot miss the church buildings, large, small, Cathedrals of great architecture. These were built by British artisans driven by a visionary priesthood that believed the gospels that they preached. Today, unfortunately, this priesthood no longer exists.
Today the custodians of the church are on the whole hypocrites of the first order because on the whole they don’t believe the gospel, so could not have the vision to build any structure. Somewhere in these islands reside some holy men and women that still have that old time vision. But alas, as far as the established church are concerned, these people are regarded as heretics, just as the BNP are regarded as such by the “establishment”. They will never stand up to defend their flock.. only themselves. Expect nothing more of them. The only way to change for the better is to do it yourselves. This modern priesthood is part of the problem.

I thought that my post on this was very much to the point. Evidently, the moderator construed it as criticism of the article itself, so it was rejected. Never mind, I shall continue, where appropriate, to point out that whatever is done to damage this country is not the result of ignorance, stupidity or incompetence of the perpetrators but is deliberate and carefully engineered in accordance with the Frankfurt School’s blueprint for national “deconstruction” and its implementation by Common Purpose graduates who have infiltrated every national institution, including the Anglican Church, to the point of saturation. And I still think they will force bishop Michael Nazir-Ali to resign.

At the root of this apparent abject surrender is the fact that the senior Church of England ranks have led pretty sheltered lives in what has been a safe country, and they have not been put to any real test. Christianity, theoretically, calls upon its adherents to “turn the other cheek”. Whilst this may seem well enough in Wiltshire now, it certainly isn’t practical in much of the world, and hasn’t been historically practical either - unless you fancy being a martyr.
Anglican Churchmen tend to be unworldly and they don’t seem to realise that Islam, a warrior religion, does not hold with tolerance in the way that they do. That apostasy has been traditionally punished by death, and still is, under Islamic law is a bit of a give away one might think.
A classic example of this was given by the Bishop of Oxford, a Holy Fool if ever there was one, in a Sunday Programme interview several weeks ago. Whilst somewhat grudgingly admitting that Christians faced severe persecution in the Middle East and Pakistan he nevertheless said that this “does not let Christians off the hook here”. So we should welcome Islamic calls to prayer and be “relaxed” and “comfortable” about “our” diversity. This meant turn the other cheek and, in effect, appeasement.
But although we have been a Christian nation for many centuries we can hardly have been said to have turned the other cheek; we should simply not have survived if we had! Nor will we if try it now. It is no doubt an excellent theoretical moral principle, but it is the height of unwisdom to take it too literally.
Maybe the Bishop of Oxford fancies a spot of martyrdom, though I note that it is the Bishop of Rochester and not himself in receipt of death threats, but the rest of us don’t. Perhaps he should try to come to terms with that.

The Church of England has become very out of touch with both the gospel of Jesus Christ and with modern realities.
I am aware that religion is the cause of many of the problems in the world but I would differentiate “religion” from “faith.” As a born-again Christian I am more concerned with my relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ and pleasing Him than by following a dead set of rules and traditions. It is observance of these that constitute “religion” not true faith in the living God that seeks to do good to humanity.
The true Christian gospel has often been obscured or misrepresented by those who call themselves Christians. It is a gospel of love and grace, based on God’s goodness to us and not an adherence to certain practices and laws. The problem is when people forsake the love of God and start hating others and trying to fulfil traditions and laws which cannot save anyone. salvation is a free gift of grace but it must be accepted!

As a Christian, I would like to see all people come to know Jesus Christ in faith as I believe this is their only hope of salvation, but I will never hate those who don’t believe and I will never try to force people as I believe God gave everyone free will.

“Religion” is just another aspect of man’s sinfullness and evil, be it in the form of Islam, false Christianity or whatever. The Church of England has largely become apostate (though there are some good people in it that stand for the truth.) It has placed human traditions and observances in the place of a simple, living faith in the living God.

It is hobby Christianity. A church that does not teach the whole gospel as revealed in the Bible. A church that tolerates sin. The Bible teaches that we are to love sinners but to confront sin and evil. This is true love which is not concerned with its own affairs but will stand strongly in the face of evil and sin. Sadly the Church of England has compromised and fallen away.

Britain is coming under judgement for her sin and unfaithfulness. Unless the nation turns back to God in repentance she will be ruined. We are starting to see this happening already as we are reaping the harvest of the evil seeds that we have sown. Turn back to God in true faith, a faith not of external religious observances but of the heart, and pray that God will heal our land.

We have no church in Britain. What we have is a diminishing group of people with Christian beliefs.

Our society is secular, therefore open to any religion that wants to gain a religious control of the country.

I attend Anglican and Catholic mass. Church attendees are rare these days. Yes , Catholic numbers have risen recently but they are not British attendees; they are from Eastern Europe.

Our church has no leader and priests tend to be left-wing trendies, when their congregations in general cry out for the values the BNP stand for.

The struggle does not admit to any possibility of compromise or a stable peace. It can only be settled by the complete defeat of one world view by the other.

I know that this is a different issue, but I’ve got to say it anyway, because I couldn’t believe what I was reading. I quote from Christopher Booker’s column in the Sunday Telegraph … “Meanwhile in the chamber ( EU parliament) the battle continued. When it was proposed that the parliament ‘would respect the result of the Irish referendum’, the only one to be allowed on the treaty, only 129 MEP’s supported it, while 499 voted that the wishes of the Irish people should not be respected. But what if they vote in favour of the treaty?”

I suppose 9/11 woke me up both to the islamic threat and the importance of Christianity in my own moral outlook.

Though essentially an atheist or humanist, Christianity has become more important to me as central to my nationalism - it is my culture and history - whether that is the wonderful illuminated manuscripts of Anglo-Saxon and medieval England, or the beautiful Cathedrals and churches that are so much a part of the landscape and every town or village, or the beliefs of Victorian philanthropists who worked tirelessly to improve the lot of the urban poor etc.

Islam can be also be considered as a cultural and political cuckoo. The western politicians of course, being the naive parent bird that doesen’t understand what this alien presence is up to, i.e. that it is intent on pushing out the genuine resident chick and then leaving the cuckoo chick clear to take over the nest, i.e. the continent of Europe.
There is of course a very effective and permanent remedy to this cuckoo problem, and that is to Vote BNP, join the BNP and if you are a party supporter come down to London this weekend (if you don’t live in or near the Capital) and help the Party make a major world news breakthrough on the G.L.A. Although I am a Pagan myself and support the separation of the church and the state, I believe it is important that all British citizens acknowledge and respect our Christian past as a force which has shaped our nation. This should be no problem for Muslims as respecting the Christian heritage is actually cornerstone of Islam.

No, I’m afraid it isn’t. As I pointed out on a previous thread, Islam downgrades Jesus to the status of a second-rate and fallible prophet, whose teachings were incomplete and innaccurate, and replaces him with ‘al-insan al-kamil’, the perfect man, the ’seal of the prophets’, aka the torturer, mutilator, rapist, liar, plunderer, paedophile and murderer Mohammed.

For example. Jesus forbade stoning (”Let him who is without sin cast the first stone” ), but Jesus was WRONG. Mohammed reintroduced stoning and made it into the spectator sport that it remains to this day in Dar al-Islam.

Allah isn’t equivalent to the Judeo-Christian God. He’s more like Moloch of the Old Testament.

There is an article on page 2 of today’s (Monday’s) Daily Express about Muslim activists meeting in Birmingham calling for Sharia Law in Britain.
According to the article a spokesman told the meeting:
‘Sharia is a comprehensive system of divine rules, rulings on all areas of life. The command is not open to interpretation, it is not open to discussion or negotiation. For it not to be implemented in its entirety is an act of apostasy. Let us make this absolutely clear; Islam is not subject to dilution, compromise or relegation.’
Is this belief held only by fanatics and extremists, or do ALL Muslims, including ‘moderates’ look upon Islam in this way? I’d welcome enlightenment from someone who really knows.
Reading the spokesman’s remarks sent a shiver down my spine. In the 21st Century, it is difficult to comprehend how anyone can possibly defend belief in something which stifles and forbids any reasoned argument or rational examination.
OK, in a democracy people should be able to believe what they like but it is sinister and of deep concern when a significant number of clearly fanatical extremists make clear their intention to extend Sharia Law to Britain, in direct confrontation with our democratic laws and institutions, developed over centuries in what may be considered as a triumph of reason.
How do our leaders react? At best, with feeble and ineffective assurances and at worst, by actively pandering to the threat.

Muslims in the modern world are living fossils, though like dinosaurs suddenly set down on the streets of London, none the less dangerous for being so primitive. Islam appeals to the lowest and basest instincts of man, and in the absence of a strong, confident modern culture will gradually reduce its host society to a disfunctional state of anarchy where Islam can gain the upper hand.

Tribalism makes it impossible to defeat Islam by reason or appeals to decency. The Koran, the Pedophile and the Meteorite are not capable of being examined rationally or ethically - they are pre-rational symbols of tribal cohesion. And when that tribe is on a roll , and believes itself to be the strongest and fastest growing tribe winning the Jihad against all the rest, no rational argument will persuade its warriors to abandon the winning side.

Thank you for telling us about this survey Artorious, it will be most interesting to read the finalised report. I was most impressed by the quality of the people in the “Center for Security Policy” which has undertaken this most informative and telling research They include 2 former Secretaries of the United States Navy, a former Commandant of the United States Marine Corps and many other senior military, political, diplomatic and academic figures.

How different from the spineless, three wise monkeys appeasment we have to put up with here from the government and the Archbish Dhimmi!

However the emerging pattern in the United States does seem very similar to what we are finding here, albeit we have had to rely upon a leaked police report to the press to appreciate the, very high, level of mosque extremism now “enriching” us:

Straying somewhat from the point of this article but I was just reminded that this year’s Eurovision Song Contest is to be hosted by no other than CHRISTIAN SERBIA in CHRISTIAN BELGRADE in May! I have not watched it for donkey’s years but will definitely be watching it this year.

There is always a political side to the Eurovision Song Contest and I hope we (BNP?) can start a quick and belated campaign for the Serbian entry, regardless of what it is like - but I bet I get to like it! It would have a wicked twist to it, the BNP pushing for a Christian Serbian victory! #LOL# I’m wetting my pants! #LOL#

I have sufficient faith in God and his wicked sense of humour at times, that He will ensure that whatever the song, Serbia will win it hands down - and one of the traitor Countries (Britain?) will come last! #LOL#

ps Kosovo of course will be represented by the Serbian entry, as Kosovo is to Serbia, what Kent is to Britain.

I would think that Archbishop Williams would do well to do a bit of bible study–if he still believes in it. He is supposed to head a church that believes that no one comes to the Father except through the son–Jesus Christ. Yet this supposed “leader” proposes to undermine the very lives of his flock by advocating acceptance of the barbaric medievalism that is Sharia law. He would do well to go back, and read and ponder the words of Revelation 3:16, written to the Church at Laodicea: “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” This Archbishop is, in fact, neither hot nor cold toward his own faith. The Anglican church would be better off if God did indeed “spue” him out, away and gone.
