We’ve had Fatty “Two Jags” Prescott, now step forward his replacement: Jon “Three Homes” Cruddas and accept your reward, as the self-styled champion of the working man, of hypocrite, not of the week, nor of the month, nor of the year, but of the decade. Your single-minded devotion to the cause of one rule for them, another rule for us deserves widespread recognition.

His constituency is Dagenham? Isn’t this where there are ever-increasing numbers of BNP councillors? – I wonder why!

I can overlook the absurd religious nonsense, the hypocrisy over schooling, the multiple homes (and the effort it must take to check on mortgages, rates, fuel, security, insurance, fixtures and fittings, cleaning…) IF someone does valuable work. Does Cruddas do valuable work? Has he contributed anything to Labour or European policy or ideas? Perhaps someone can supply evidence…
