I feel like emailing this out to everyone! So many people just take what the Media say as "fact",
They need to read this and understand the Lies the Media say about us.
Its plain & simple.

I want back whats rightfully mine. My gran father and 3 grt uncles died for this Country and i would do the same!

...and does it do any harm to spell out our rights and responsibilities so that there is no ambiguity, and the maximum number of people of all levels of intellect and engagement can be informed and protected?

The "irrevocable instruments" you mention don't seem to have prevented the regime from it's "progressive" goosestepping all over our freedoms much have they? Or are you planning to take them to court somewhere?!

If I was to set up an organisation or company that wanted to build a reputation of being open, honest, and fair, I would have a charter or a constitution stating clearly the rights and responsibilities of members... all "proper" companies have "memoranda of association"... I would not join a political party that did not have a similar thing, so why would I support a state that did not have such a clear and simple document.

There was a time before Magna Carta; and someone had to imagine it in order to create it... now, almost 800 years later, and more than one economic, cultural, and social revolution has passed... we live in a post-printing-press world, so we need to review and update a pre-printing-press document, to "finish it off", and make it strong enough to withstand the attempts at usurpation of our sovereignty that we are witnessing and experiencing now ..do we not?!

Does the BNP support the idea of bringing in a British Bill of Rights with an equivalent to the American First Amendment?

According to this recent article:
http://www.prnewswire.co.uk/cgi/news/release?id=201399

98% of British people want free speech; yet more than half feel unable to do so.

The "British First Amendment " (GB1A) I would like to see would go further than the American First Amendment (US1A) , in that we would be looking to remove the English Libel laws and Seditious Libel laws from the statute book, and protection for British citizens and political dissidents from foreign attempts at enforcing universal jurisdiction and extraterritorial jurisdiction in matters to do with freedom of speech. The English Libel laws are particularly onerous and as I understand it, can in theory affect Americans, which is why I hope to recruit American support for this campaign.

There is evidence of the EU (driven by Germany and France in particular) increasingly seeking to restrict free speech on the internet, and across the planet in a sinister and alarming mirroring of Orwell's vision of 1984.

What is the BNP's stance on this? Do we get a British Constitution to which ALL alien laws and international treaties are subservient as in America with a BNP government?

-
<em>We already have recourse to irrevocable instruments, such as the Magna Carta, Common Law, Habeas Corpus, Bill of Rights 1689, Act of Settlement etc The liblabcon have attempted to bypass all of these and replace them with foreign diktats from an unelected EU, Further, the libalbcon are guilty of conspiracy with foreign powers, and are thus an illegal, criminal conspiracy against the people, the monarchy and the state.

I love Britain and I love the BNP and what it stands for. I'm fed up to the back teeth with political and religious bullshit. I just want fairness and the retaining of British values. Is that too much to ask in Great Britain? It would seem so today but if people continue to challenge the view that acceptance of those not willing to be British is the way forward then Britain will succeed. If you're of the opinion that we have to accept all and everyone who are not willing to be British when they land here, then we're in for a rocky ride. Bring on the roller-coaster.

If we do actualy live in a democracy then why are there no or very few mentions of the B N P in mainstream political debates or news programmes?
I am also very dissillusioned by the big 3 parties, also why does the BBC A K A Big Brother Company never make any reference to the B N P?
God forbid that there would ever be a conspiracy against the B N P, or am I just naive, that couldn't happen in our lovely country could it?

The proposition that black people score lower on IQ tests than whites has been echoed by others - notably authors of 'The Bell Curve' and by Watson, the Nobel prize winner. This does not make it true, but it does mean that people who believe in racial IQ are not espousing some wild and ridiculous idea.

However provided that policies are not formulated on the basis of these results, then this debate should be left to the scientists and there is no need for politicians to get involved. The author rightly observes that standard deviation within any racial group will be far more significant than any group generalisation. People must be treated and tested on an individual basis.

The present situation whereby politicians attempt to suppress any public statement on one side of the debate is utterly foreign to the spirit of free scientific enquiry.

I have been involved in politics since I was 4, first as a Labour supporter with my parents, and then with Conservatives when my political opinions became more reasonable. I've been actively involved with the Conservatives for years now and have come to realise that the whole party is geared towards one thing: getting into power! Nothing else matters and they'll promise and plead whatever they have to get into power. But like Labour party and the Liberals, they'll get in and nothing will change! They'll just help their cronies and rich supporters. There is clearly only one party in Britain today which will change things. The BNP!
